Niniejszy projekt polega na termomodernizacji budynku użyteczności publicznej – Urzędu Gminy w Świętajnie. Dotyczy on głębokiej i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku publicznego. Zakres rzeczowy inwestycji obejmuje: Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych (łącznie z fundamentowymi), Docieplenie dachu. W ramach prac przygotowawczych opracowano dokumentację projektu w skład której wchodzi: Audyt energetyczny , Studium wykonalności. Grupą docelową projektu są: petenci i pracownicy Urzędu Gminy, mieszkańcy gminy Świętajno i okolic. Nie przewidziano zagrożeń dla realizacji projektu. Gmina Świętajno posiada prawo do dysponowania gruntami, na których realizowana będzie inwestycja. Wnioskodawca dysponuje doświadczoną w realizacji projektów kadrą, środki na pokrycie wkładu własnego zostaną zabezpieczone w budżecie gminy. Projekt jest gotowy do wdrożenia. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM Osi Priorytetowej 4 Efektywność energetyczna poprzez obniżenie zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych oraz spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery. Zgodnie z przeprowadzonym Audytem Energetycznym dla budynku Urzędu Gminy, dzięki realizacji projektu efektywność energetyczna zostanie osiągnięta na poziomie 50,50%, spadnie emisja gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery w ilości 47,06 ton równoważnika CO2/rok, a ilość energii cieplnej jaka zostanie zaoszczędzona w ramach projektu wyniesie 358,17 GJ/rok. This project consists of the thermal refurbishment of the public building — the Municipality Office in Świętokrzyski. It concerns deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of the public building. The material scope of the investment consists of: Insulation of external walls (including fundamental), roof insulation. As part of the preparatory work, a project dossier has been prepared consisting of: Energy audit, Feasibility Study. The target group of the project shall be: the petitioner and employees of the Municipal Office, the inhabitants of the municipality of Świętajno and the surrounding area. There are no risks to the project. The municipality of Świętatano has the right to dispose of the land on which the investment will take place. An applicant experienced in the implementation of projects will be allocated funds to cover the own contribution to be secured in the municipal budget. The project is ready for implementation. The project is in line with the assumptions set out in Priority Axis 4 of the ROP WiM ROP, reducing primary energy consumption in public buildings and reducing the greenhouse gas emissions to the atmosphere. According to an energy efficiency audit for the Municipality Authority building, the energy efficiency project will reach 50.50 %, greenhouse gas emissions of 47,06 tonnes of equivalent CO2/rok will fall, and the amount of heat saved in the project will be 358,17 GJ/year.
