Projekt polega na budowie instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 0,99 MW oraz magazynu energii o mocy 10kW. Instalacja zostanie zlokalizowana na działkach nr 224, 225 oraz 231/3, położonych w obrębie geodezyjnym Praslity, gmina Dobre Miasto, województwo warmińsko-mazurskie. W ramach realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca wybuduje instalację fotowoltaiczną wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą. Pod planowaną inwestycję przeznaczony jest obszar nie przekraczający 2 ha. Wnioskodawca posiada podpisaną umowę dzierżawy nieruchomości na okres 25 lat. Aktualnie teren pod planowane przedsięwzięcie jest niezabudowany, porośnięty w głównej mierze roślinnością łąkową. Wnioskodawca posiada pozwolenie na budowę. Po podpisaniu umowy o dofinansowanie Wnioskodawca wyłoni wykonawcę, który wybuduje instalację. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 tj. dzięki realizacji inwestycji nastąpi zwiększenie udziału OZE w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu. Nastąpi produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE i spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych. Instalacja nie przekracza 2MWe/MWth. Energia będzie sprzedawana do sieci. Beneficjentem jest przedsiębiorca. (Polish)

The project consists of the construction of a 0.99 MW photovoltaic power plant and a 10 kW energy storage facility. The installation will be located on plots Nos 224, 225 and 231/3, which are situated within the land area of Prague, the municipality of Dobre Miasto, Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province. As part of the project, the applicant will construct a photovoltaic installation with the necessary infrastructure. Under the planned investment an area does not exceed 2 ha. The applicant has a contract signed for the lease of a property for a period of 25 years. The area currently planned for the project is not built on, mainly covered by the meadows. The applicant has a building permit. Once the financing agreement has been signed, the applicant will select a contractor to construct an installation. The project is in line with the assumptions set out in the ROP WiM 2014-2020, i.e. the realisation of the investment will increase the share of RES in the overall energy balance of the region. The production of electricity from newly built renewable installations and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions will take place. The installation shall not exceed 2MWe/MWth. Energy will be sold to the grid. The beneficiary is an entrepreneur. (English)
