The purpose of the project is to increase the company’s capacity to carry out research projects for its own needs and for its own research on raw materials. Through the development of research infrastructure, the applicant will implement two research projects that will lead to the implementation of the product innovation company’s tender: — pasta with health properties using natural raw materials from the selected cereals, including cream pasta from natural raw materials with a cream taste, and process innovations related to the technology of their production. The project will contribute to the development of the company by increasing the potential for R & D. The scope of the project includes the purchase of the necessary fixed assets. (English)

    Głównym celem projektu jest rozbudowa istniejącego zaplecza badawczo-rozwojowego Wnioskodawcy. Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie potencjału firmy w obszarze realizacji projektów badawczych na potrzeby własne firmy oraz badań własnych nad surowcami. Dzięki rozbudowie infrastruktury badawczej Wnioskodawca zrealizuje dwa projekty badawcze, których efektem będzie wdrożenie do oferty firmy innowacji produktowych: - makaronów o prozdrowotnych właściwościach z użyciem surowców naturalnych pochodzących z wyselekcjonowanych zbóż, - makaronów prozdrowotnych z surowców naturalnych o smaku śmietankowym, oraz innowacji procesowych związanych z technologią ich produkcji. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do rozwoju firmy poprzez zwiększenie potencjału w zakresie prowadzenia prac B+R. Zakres projektu obejmuje zakup niezbędnych środków trwałych. (Polish)
