Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa rewitalizacja podobszaru obejmującego osiedle zlokalizowane w rejonie ulic Zamenhofa i Opata Hackiego w Gdyni, zmierzająca do ograniczenia zjawiska wykluczenia społecznego mieszkańców, wyprowadzenia ze stanu kryzysowego, zwiększenia poczucia odpowiedzialności i zaangażowania w życie lokalne, a także aktywizacji mieszkańców poprzez kształtowanie postaw obywatelskich. Obejmuje m.in. przebudowę ulicy Zamenhofa, wykonanie dojazdów do budynków wraz z miejscami parkingowymi, utworzenie ciągów pieszych i zagospodarowania rekreacyjnego na terenie osiedla, rozbudowę ulic Komierowskiego, Opata Hackiego i Św. Mikołaja wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu, przebudowę i wyposażenie budynku przy ul. Opata Hackiego 33 wraz z zagospodarowaniem otoczenia oraz modernizację wybranych elementów części wspólnych budynków mieszkalnych zlokalizowanych w obszarze rewitalizacji. Zaplanowane działania obejmują teren o powierzchni ok. 10,3 ha zamieszkały przez ok. 2 040 osób. (Polish)

The project consists of a comprehensive regeneration of the settlement area in the area of the streets of Zamenhohob and the Hague in Gdynia, aiming at reducing the social exclusion of inhabitants, leaving out of crisis, increasing ownership and commitment to local life, and activating people through the development of citizenship. It includes, but is not limited to, the reconstruction of the Zamenhof street, the construction of travel to buildings with parking places, the creation of walking and recreation areas in the area of the estate, the extension of the Kośrowski streets, the Hague and the Św streets. Mikołaj, including the fitting-out of the site, the reconstruction and fitting-out of the building at ul. The Hague, 33 together with the fitting-out of the surrounding area and the modernisation of the selected components of parts of the common residential buildings located in the area of regeneration. The planned activities consist of a plot of around the surface. 10.3 ha. 2 040 people. (English)
