The project consists of the purchase of a dedicated machine with an instrumentation that will allow the deployment of a non-road technology to be fitted with a vacuum, which is an eco-efficient production technology in the area of ISP3. This technology was developed in Germany around 3 years ago and has so far not been used by any company in Poland. The ‘suction with vacuum’ technology is based on the extraction of a developed pattern of technical details by the dropping of the plastic speciality plastic in a closed metal form. This project is the result of research and development work resulting from the development of a prototype product together with documentation and an injection form. Metrox — Plast has consistently implemented innovative technologies and provides international products of the highest quality to the automotive industry and the household industry and carries out R & D and has a research and development department.     Projekt polega na zakupie specjalnej maszyny z oprzyrządowaniem, która pozwoli wdrożyć niestosowaną w kraju technologię rozdmuchu z podciśnieniem, która jest ekoefektywną technologią produkcji mieszczącą się w Obszarze ISP3. Technologia ta została opracowana w Niemczech około 3 lat temu i dotychczas nie była w Polsce przez żadną firmę zastosowana. Technologia „Rozdmuchu z podciśnieniem” polega na uzyskaniu rozbudowanych przestrzennie kształtów detali technicznych poprzez rozdmuchanie uplastycznionego węża ze specjalistycznych tworzyw sztucznych w zamkniętej metalowej formie. Niniejszy projekt jest wynikiem przeprowadzenia prac badawczo - rozwojowych w wyniku, których opracowany został prototyp produktu wraz z dokumentacją i formą wtryskową. Metrox - Plast konsekwentnie wdraża innowacyjne technologie i dostarcza na rynek międzynarodowy najwyższej jakości produkty dla przemysłu motoryzacyjnego i AGD oraz prowadzi prace badawczo - rozwojowe i posiada dział badawczo - projektowy.
