The aim of this project is to increase the competitiveness of the company in particular, DRACO LESIŃSKI, in Gdańsk, through the introduction into the national market of new services for the provision of non-destructive testing for offshore and support industries. The project involves the purchase of a laser spectrometer, ultrasound, scanner and TOFD heads, the LPS system and the video of an endoscope. The project will lead to the introduction of new services for the testing of chemical composition of steel with a particular focus on organic elements (silicon, carbon), hardness tests with the feasibility of microhardness, ultrasound TOFD and Pmissed Array, and visual inspection of locations that can be accessed and evaluated. The services introduced will help to meet the identified needs of the public and overcome the applicant’s development barriers. The total eligible costs of the project amount to PLN 1 020 000.     Celem przedmiotowego projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWA SPECJALISTYCZNEGO DRACO LESIŃSKI SPÓŁKA JAWNA w Gdańsku, uzyskany dzięki wprowadzeniu na krajowy rynek nowych usług w zakresie świadczenia badań nieniszczących dla branży offshore i portowo-stoczniowej. Projekt zakłada zakup spektrometru laserowego, twardościomierza ultradźwiękowego, skanera i głowic TOFD, systemu LPS oraz wideoendoskopu. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie wprowadzenie nowych usług w zakresie badania składu chemicznego stali ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem pierwiastków organicznych (krzem, węgiel), badań twardości z możliwością wykonywania mikrotwardości, badań ultradźwiękowych TOFD i Phased Array oraz badań wizualnych miejsc trudnodostępnych z możliwością rejestracji obrazu oraz oceny. Wprowadzone usługi pozwolą na realizację zidentyfikowanych potrzeb odbiorców oraz pokonanie barier rozwojowych wnioskodawcy. Łączna wartość kosztów kwalifikowanych projektu wynosi 1 020 000 PLN.
