The aim of the project is to make new e-services available and to increase access to digital public sector information (hereinafter: ISP) by the municipalities of: Ciechoes, Jarosław and Dolne bulkhead. In addition, the project aims at improving the governance and savings of the administrative processes and services provided. a total of 56 new e-services related to: payments to the JSTs, the area of taxes and charges, and the spatial planning. Public e-services launched will have a high level of maturity. These will focus on issues that are often handled, followed by an examination of stakeholders’ needs (including a population survey).In order to launch e-services, the integration of the JTS’s IT systems (to create an integrated system for each JST) will be commissioned (hereinafter: SI), modernisation of domain and software systems, purchase and deployment of dedicated software for e-services (including dedicated portals) and equipment needed to perform the tasks planned in the project (3 database servers, 1 Matrix). The digitally-made available ISP will relate to spatial data, public registers and reporting. In the individual JTS, a total of 14 areas with strong information potential have been selected, in line with the needs of stakeholders and the capacity of JST (including the ISP’s resources).In order to increase access to digital PSI, the selected PSI 3 JST resources will be outsourced, JST equipment will be commissioned into the relevant IMS software, that the inhabitants of the ISP’s resources are made available to the inhabitants of the PSI portal as well as via the API for re-use in other systems.     summary
    Celem projektu jest udostępnienie nowych e-usług oraz zwiększenie dostępu do cyfrowej informacji sektora publicznego (dalej: ISP) przez gminy: Cieszanów, Jarosław i Grodzisko Dolne. Dodatkowo projekt ma na celu poprawę zarządzania i uzyskania oszczędności procesów administracyjnych i świadczonych usług.Jednostki realizujące projekt udostępnią łącznie 56 nowych e-usług związanych z: obsługą płatności na rzecz urzędów JST, obszarem podatków i opłat, gospodarką przestrzenną. Uruchomione e-usługi publiczne będą się cechować wysokim poziomem dojrzałości. Będą dotyczyć one głównie często załatwianych spraw, ich wybór poprzedziło badanie potrzeb interesariuszy (w tym badanie ankietowe mieszkańców).W celu uruchomienia e-usług zostanie zlecona integracja systemów informatycznych JST realizujących projekt (w celu stworzenia w każdej z JST systemu zintegrowanego - dalej: ZSI), modernizacja systemów dziedzinowych i oprogramowania bazodanowego, zakup i wdrożenie oprogramowania dedykowanego do świadczenia e-usług (w tym specjalizowane portale) oraz sprzęt niezbędny do realizacji zadań planowanych w projekcie (3 serwery baz danych, 1 macierz dyskową). Udostępniona cyfrowo ISP dotyczyć będzie danych przestrzennych, rejestrów publicznych oraz o charakterze sprawozdawczym. W poszczególnych JST wybrano łącznie 14 zakresów o dużym potencjale wykorzystania informacji, zgodnie z potrzebami interesariuszy i możliwościami JST (w tym posiadanymi zasobami ISP).W celu zwiększenia dostępu do cyfrowej ISP zostanie zlecona digitalizacja wybranych zasobów ISP 3 JST, wyposażenie JST w odpowiednie oprogramowanie zarządzające ISP, udostępnienie mieszkańcom zasobów ISP na portalu, a także poprzez API w celu ponownego ich wykorzystania w innych systemach.
