Przedmiotem projektu są prace budowlano remontowo modernizacyjne wybranych obiektów i oddziałów Szpitala oraz zakup niezbędnego doposażenia.W ramach inwestycji zaplanowano 5 zadań tj.: Zad.1 Przygotowanie dokumentacji Zad. 2 Prace budowlano remontowo modernizacyjne Szpitala Zad. 3 Nadzory Zad.4 Zakup doposażenia Zad. 5 Koszty pośrednieWszystkie zastosowane rozwiązania techniczne, technologiczne i architektoniczne w projekcie są zgodne z najlepszymi praktykami z zakresu budowy infrastruktury medycznej. Zaplanowane prace oraz działania uwzględniają potrzeby os. niepełnosprawnych dostosowanie 4 obiektów szpitalnych montaż windy, podnośników, przewidują zastosowanie rozwiązań przyjaznych środowisku przyrodniczemu, przyczyniają się do poprawy efektywności energetycznej poprzez: budowę nowego pawilonu wykonanego z odpowiednich materiałów budowlanych izolujących ciepło zdemontowanie wyeksploatowanego ciepłociągu i budowę nowej kotłowni gazowej zastosowaniu sprzętu medycznego o mniejszej energochłonności, kompleksową obsługę pacjenta ograniczy niepotrzebny transport sanitarny pacjentów do innych obiektów szpitalnych mniejsza emisja spalin do środowiska.Zakupione wyposażeniesprzęt na kwotę 4 000 084,00 PLN m.in. zakup USG 4D wykorzystującego technologię trójwymiarowego obrazu będzie spełniać wymagania w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa i ochrony zdrowia podczas używania przez pracowników, pacjentów: 2021rok: 65 040 os.. Liczba osób mogąca potencjalnie korzystać z usług zdrowotnych w 2021r: 3 399 386 os.Zastosowane rozwiązania i wykorzystane materiały i elementy konstrukcyjne zapewnią trwałość projektu. Przedstawiony wariant inwestycyjny wpłynie pozytywnie na dostępność, jakość i efektywność świadczonych przez jednostkę usług. Jest to wariant dający najlepszy stosunek efektu do nakładów. Zakres projektowy jest adekwatny do zdiagnozowanych potrzeb szczegółowy opis znajduje się w punkcie C.2.3.. (Polish)

The project consists of construction works for the renovation of selected hospital facilities and departments and the purchase of the necessary retrofit. the investment projects are scheduled to take up 5 tasks, i.e.: Zad.1 Preparation of the Bad. 2 Building renovation works at Szpiala Zad. 3 Oddział Zad.4 Purchase of retrofit for Zad. 5 Indirect costs All technical, technological and architectural solutions used in the project are in line with best practice in the field of the construction of medical infrastructure. The planned work and activities take into account the needs of the disabled, the adaptation of 4 hospital facilities for the lifts, lifts, the use of environmentally friendly solutions, contribute to improving energy efficiency by: the construction of a new Pavilion made of suitable construction materials isolating heat from the dismounted heat and construction of a new gas-fired boiler using lower energy intensity medical equipment, a patient’s comprehensive patient service will reduce unnecessary health care of patients in other hospital facilities with less emissions to the environment.The purchase of equipment for an amount of PLN 4 000 084,00 including a three-dimensional image technology will meet the requirements in the area of health and safety when used by workers, patients: 2021year: 65 040 Number of persons likely to benefit from health services in 2021: 3 399 386 The design of the solutions used and the materials used and the building elements will ensure the sustainability of the project. The proposed investment option will have a positive impact on the availability, quality and efficiency of the service. This is an option that provides best value for money. The design range shall be adequate for the identified needs for a detailed description in point C.2.3. (English)
