Celem proj. jest oprac. rozwiązań do aktywnej redukcji hałasu generowanego przez stacje do szybkiego ładowania pojazdów elektrycznych charakter. się znacznymi mocami i przezn. do instalacji w środowisku zurbanizowanym, gdzie przewymiarowanie obudowy stacji dla zmniejszenia intensywności wymiany powietrza jest niemożliwe ze względu na ograniczenia przestrzeni montażowej. Wynikiem proj. będzie opracowanie 3 prototypów rozwiązań kompaktowych, ultracichych stacji szybkiego ładowania o zmniejszonych gabarytach i wyposażonych w dedykowane, aktywne układy redukcji hałasu, które charakter. się będą dużo niższym poziomem hałasu niskoczęstotliwościowego generowanego do przestrzeni okalającej stacje ładowania w porównaniu do produkowanych obecnie stacji wyposażonych wyłącznie w pasywne systemy redukcji hałasu (innowacja produktowa charakter. się nowością co najmniej w skali polskiego rynku, w kontekście posiadanych przez niego nowych cech funkcj., w porównaniu do roz. dostępnych na rynku). Zaplanowane do oprac. w ramach tego wniosku rozwiązania wpisują się w obowiązujące ramy polityki energetyczno-klimatycznej do 2020 r. [ZA: https://ec.europa.eu/energy/en/topics/energy-strategy-and-energy-union/2020-energy-strategy] jak również przygotowywane ramy polityki energetyczno-klimatycznej do 2030 r. [ZA: https://ec.europa.eu/energy/en/topics/energy-strategy-andenergy-union/2030-energystrategy]. Idea ultracichych stacji szybkiego ładowania z aktywnymi układami redukcji hałasu spełnia założenia dyrektywy w sprawie hałasu w środowisku tj. 2002/49 / WE, która jako gł. instrument UE służy do uruchamiania niezbędnych działań zarówno na poziomie państw członkowskich, jak i na poziomie UE, w tym m.in. w zakresie zapobiegania i ograniczania hałasu w środowisku tam, gdzie jest to konieczne. Dyrektywa ma zast. do hałasu, na który narażeni są ludzie, szczególnie w obszarach zurbanizowanych [ZA: Komitet ds. Regulacji Hałasu i Grupa Ekspertów ds. Hałasu, a także Europejska Agencja Środowiska]. (Polish)

The objective is to develop solutions to the active reduction of noise generated by stations for fast charging of electric vehicles. a significant capacity is required to switch to an installation in an urbanised environment where the upgrading of the station housing to reduce air traffic intensity is impossible due to the constraints of the mounting space. The result of the proj is the development of 3 prototypes of compact solutions, ultra-quiet fast charging stations with reduced size types and equipped with dedicated, active noise abatement systems, which will be of a much lower level of low frequency exposure to charging stations compared to currently manufactured stations equipped with passive noise abatement systems (product type innovation, new characteristics of the Polish market at least in the light of the new features available on the market). The proposals are planned to be finalised within the framework of the 2020 energy and climate policy framework [ZA: https://ec.europa.eu/energy/en/topics/energy-strategy-and-energy-union/2020-energy-strategy] as well as the forthcoming 2030 Framework for Climate and Energy [ZA: https://ec.europa.eu/energy/en/topics/energy-strategy-andenergy-union/2030-energystrategy]. The idea of ultra-fast fast charging stations with active noise reduction systems complies with the Environmental Noise Directive: 2002/49/EC, which is the main instrument of the EU to mobilise the necessary actions both at Member State and EU level, including as regards prevention and reduction of noise in the environment where necessary.
