Inwestycja dotyczy I etapu termomodernizacji obiektów użyteczności publicznej w gminie Gromadka,w pow. Bolesławieckim.Jako etap I wybrano termomodernizację budynku Zespołu Szkół w Gromadce przy ul.Gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 19.Obiekt ten jest wymieniony na 1. miejscu w liście działań proponowanych do realizacji w PGN do 2020 roku. Okres realizacji inwestycji: 03.04.2017-29.09.2017. Celem inwestycji jest:Osiągnięcie oszczędności energii,poprawa efektywności energetycznej źródła ciepła i zmniejszenia emisji CO2 w budynku szkoły,o co najmniej 25% po roku eksploatacji inwestycji.Pow. poddana termomodernizacji: 4526 m2(100% pow. Użytkowej). W wyniku inwes.zakłada się:Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych o 494117,7 kWh/rok, co stanowi oszczędność na poziomie 38,21%; Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych 130,44 tony równoważnika CO2/rok, co stanowi redukcję na poziomie 65,58%; Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej to 1206,00 GJ/rok, co stanowi 76,14% oszczędności w odn. Do stanu przed modernizacją; Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej to 1,18297 MWh/rok tj,30,63% oszczędności energii elektr. Na ogrzewanie i wentylację.Obiekt zostanie dostosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych poprzez wyposażenie obiektu w schodołazy gąsienicowe. Grupą docelowa iwnest.
