The object of the project is the implementation of the R & D results covered by the patent application P.421237.An analysis of the construction sites in which the applicant participated led to the identification of the problem of dehydration of smaller or larger buildings.In carrying out the various works, the applicant has observed the need to find alternative solutions that would allow excavating on irrigated land using a faster and more efficient method than that currently available on the market.As a result of the project, the applicant intends to apply the results of the R & D work carried out in the course of its economic activities by entering into a breakthrough in the construction market of excavation drainage services restricted by a hydraulic partition system in conditions that prevent a cavity in the partitioning system from an impermeable geological layer, which will allow land to be sufficiently early to prepare for the investment by removing the groundwater from the volume of the land for excavation.The described implementation of the R & D results is the main objective of the project.The main idea is to offer a service that is part of the construction technology sector that will enable the creation of a closed ground water cycle through its recirculation into the area outside the shield, this will give the opportunity to carry out work on a dry copy at a fully controlled and regulated level of the water inside the diaphragm and at the same time the strict (original) ground water level outside the shield is strictly defined.The customers of the Applicant’s services will be customers linked to the construction industry, as the correct drainage of the excavation is an essential element of any budget works.By applying the proposed solution, the earthmoving contractor will have the possibility to start works on the site wholly dehydrated without endangering the surrounding building, which could occur as a result of the lowering of the groundwater level due to the formation of depression.     Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac B+R objętych zgłoszeniem patentowym P.421237. Analiza budów, w których uczestniczył wnioskodawca doprowadziła do zidentyfikowania problemu odwodnienia mniejszych lub większych kubaturowo obiektów. Realizując różne roboty Wnioskodawca zaobserwował potrzebę wynalezienia alternatywnego rozwiązania, które pozwoliłoby wykonywać wykopy w gruntach nawodnionych metodą szybszą i bardziej skuteczną od obecnie oferowanych na rynku. W wyniku realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca zamierza zastosować wyniki przeprowadzonych prac B+R w swojej działalności gospodarczej poprzez przystąpienie do świadczenia przełomowej na rynku budowlanym usługi odwadniania wykopów ograniczonych systemem przegród hydraulicznych w warunkach uniemożliwiających zagłębienie przegród w nieprzepuszczalnej warstwie geologicznej, co umożliwi odpowiednio wczesne przygotowanie terenu do inwestycji poprzez usunięcie wód gruntowych z objętości gruntu przeznaczonego do wykopu. Opisane wdrożenie wyników prac B+R stanowi główny cel projektu. Głównym założeniem jest zaoferowanie usługi należącej do sektora technologii budownictwa, która umożliwi utworzenie zamkniętego obiegu wody gruntowej poprzez jej recyrkulację z obszaru wewnątrz przesłony do obszaru na zewnątrz przesłony - da to sposobność do przeprowadzania prac w suchym wykopie przy w pełni kontrolowanym i regulowanym poziomie wody wewnątrz przesłony oraz przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu niezmiennego, ściśle określonego (pierwotnego) poziomu wody gruntowej na zewnątrz przesłony. Odbiorcami usług Wnioskodawcy będą klienci związani z branżą budowlaną, bowiem prawidłowe odwodnienie wykopu jest niezbędnym elementem wszelkich robót bud. Dzięki zastosowaniu proponowanego rozwiązania wykonawca robót ziemnych będzie miał możliwość rozpoczęcia prac na terenie całkowicie odwodnionym bez zagrożeń dla otaczającej zabudowy, które mogłyby nastąpić w wyniku obniżenia poziomu wód gruntowych w związku z powstaniem leja depresyjnego.
