“reference_reference_programme_aids”:SA.42799 (2015/X), public funding:Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014;hel_de minimis:§ 42 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the granting of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in the framework of the Operational Programme “Smart Growth 2014-2020” project is the development of a new design for TECHBIT, in order to offer a new product on the market to which the sorting machine will be used.At present, there is no such device on the market for sorting equipment that would carry out the functions of TECHBIT.The sorter will be used for the application of manufacturing and installation to micro and small enterprises.The sorting machine will be designed to be implemented by the first machine, which has a compact design which allows the device to be installed as a separate manufacturing socket, performing a sorting function and classifying small pieces or semi-fabricated forms in a range of different types in one structure.On the basis of the 1 tasks indicated in the initial audit, there will be a strategy for the development of the necessary actions to develop a new design project, including:analysis of the function of the product, feasibility study, material analysis and manufacturing technologies.In the next task, the development of prototypes and testing of the new product is also planned.Under the project, the investment phase is planned to purchase the technical infrastructure in the form of 3 equipment necessary for the implementation of a sorting machine, in the form of CNC milling machines, water cutting machines and machines for vacuum castings.The above-mentioned activities will lead to the development and implementation of an innovative product in the form of a sorter, which will enable the TECHBIT to bridge the market gap, to increase the level of competitiveness and to become a powerful player on the market not only for Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Netherlands and (English)

    „Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014; pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020” Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie nowego projektu wzorniczego dla spółki TECHBIT, w celu zaoferowania na rynek nowego produktu, jakim będzie maszyna sortująca. Obecnie na rynku urządzeń sortujących nie ma takiego urządzenia, które realizowałoby funkcje założone przez TECHBIT. Sorter będzie przeznaczony dla zastosowania wśród mikro i małych przedsiębiorstw, które zajmują się produkcja i montażem. Planowana do wdrożenia maszyna sortująca, będzie pierwszą maszyną, która posiada zwartą konstrukcję, umożliwiającą umieszczenie urządzenia jako osobne gniazdo produkcyjne, realizujące funkcje sortujące i klasyfikację małych elementów lub półfabrykatów z wielu różnych rodzajów w jednym wsadzie. Na podstawie wskazanych we wstępnym audycie działań w ramach 1 zadania nastąpi stworzenie strategii działań niezbędnych do opracowania nowego projektu wzorniczego, w tym: analiza funkcji produktu, analiza wykonalności, analiza materiałowa i technologii wytwarzania. W następnym zadaniu zaplanowane jest również opracowanie projektów prototypów i przeprowadzenie testów nowego produktu. W ramach projektu - fazy inwestycyjnej - zaplanowano zakup infrastruktury technicznej w postaci 3 urządzeń niezbędnych dla wdrożenia maszyny sortującej, w postaci frezarki CNC, wycinarki wodnej oraz maszyny do odlewów próżniowych. Wyżej wymienione czynności doprowadzą do opracowania i wdrożenia innowacyjnego produktu w postaci sortera, który pozwoli TECHBIT zagospodarować lukę rynkową, podnieść poziom konkurencyjności i stać się silnym podmiotem na rynku nie tylko krajowym, ale także Niemiec, Czech, Słowacji, Holandii i (Polish)
