    Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020. Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie znacząco ulepszonej technologii produkcji maskownic zamka łopatki silnika odrzutowego. Prace rozwojowe nad nową technologią będą skupiać się przede wszystkim na sferze dotyczącej technologii połączenia (zgrzewania) poszczególnych elementów maskownicy tak, aby docelowo osiągnąć wysokiej jakości zgrzew o zadowalającej mikrostrukturze. Rezultatem projektu będzie zatem wyrób – maskownica zamka łopatki silnika odrzutowego – o poprawionych parametrach technicznych w odniesieniu do wytrzymałości, odporności na degradację temperaturową w procesie aluminiowania, itp. Rezultatem projektu będzie także dokumentacja technologiczna opisująca przebieg nowego procesu, skład i dobór materiałów do zgrzewania, przebieg procesu łączenia elementów. W projekcie planuje się innowację produktową – maskownica zamka o lepszych parametrach oraz procesową – zmieniona technologia łączenia elementów. (Polish)
