Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.42799 (2015/X), aid_de_de minimis:§ 42 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the granting of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in the framework of the OP Smart Growth 2014-2020.PR is the purchase of a research service carried out by the AGH foundry division in Kr associated with the development of an innovative technology for securing the surface of large wood foundry models using a multilayer film consisting of CNC machinery.The scope of the studies provides for 5 tasks:development of a new coating technology for wood models using CNC machinery (including development of a prototype of a coating unit), selection based on laboratory tests, technical parameters of the twine mass (viscosity, density, temperature, flow tests,) in order to adapt it to mechanised use and 3 test tests:comparison of models that have been secured by a traditional method and developed by a method and how the models secured by the new technology will be maintained in contact with the atmospheric and technological factors (testing phase).Research has as an objective the creation of process and product innovations ready to be implemented in the Applicant’s production system.In the field of procedural innovation, a technology will be developed to automate the deposition of the twine on the surfaces of a wooden model, by means of a CNC machine, directly at the milling site, without removing the model from the machine.Currently, manual methods are used for both spraying of the twine of the twine and subsequent grinding.This should reduce the whole technological process from 6 to 3 operations and the time for the modelling of the modelling and its finishing on a surface area of 1 m² from 10 to 6 h. for product innovation procedures, the studies will allow (English)

    Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020.Przedmiotem PR jest zakup usługi badawczej realizowanej przez Wydział Odlewnictwa AGH w Kr związanej z opracowaniem innowacyjnej technologii zabezpieczania powierzchni dużych drewnianych modeli odlewniczych przy zastosowaniu wielowarstwowych powłok tworzonych przy użyciu maszyn CNC. Zakres badań przewiduję 5 zadań: opracowanie nowej technologii nanoszenia powłoki ochronnej na modele drewniane z użyciem maszyn CNC (w tym stworzenie prototypu zespołu nanoszenia powłok), dobór w oparciu o testy laboratoryjne, parametrów technologicznych masy szpachlowej (lepkości, gęstości, temperatury, testy płynięcia,) w celu dostosowania jej do zmechanizowanego sposobu nanoszenia oraz 3 badania testowe: porównanie modeli zabezpieczanych sposobem tradycyjny i opracowaną metodą, oraz sposób zachowania się modeli zabezpieczonych w nowej technologi w kontakcie z czynnikami atmosferycznymi i technologicznymi (faza testowania). Badania mają za cel stworzenie innowacji procesowej i produktowej, gotowej do zaimplementowania w system produkcyjny Wnioskodawcy. W zakresie innowacji procesowej zakłada się że zostanie opracowana technologia pozwalająca na zautomatyzowanie za pomocą maszyny CNC nanoszenie szpachli na powierzchnie modelu drewnianego i jej wykańczania bezpośrednio na stanowisku frezowania, bez zdejmowania modelu z maszyny. Obecnie stosuję się metody ręczne zarówno w zakresie natryskiwania warstwy szpachli oraz w późniejszym je szlifowaniu. Powinno to przyczynić się do skrócenia całego procesu technologicznego z 6 do 3 operacji oraz czasu na naniesienie szpachli modelarskiej i jej wykończenie na powierzchni 1m2 z 10 do 6 h.
