Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014. Przedmiotowy projekt polega na zakupie proinnowacyjnych usług IOB przez przedsiębiorstwo TOM-BUD Spółka Cywilna w celu opracowania oraz późniejszego wdrożenia innowacji produktowej, procesowej, organizacyjnej oraz marketingowej. Innowacje są związane z inteligentnym systemem do zarządzania i eksploatacji mieszkań. Projekt podzielono na trzy następujące etapy z wymienionymi usługami proinnowacyjnymi: 1. Prace projektowe/koncepcyjne a) Analiza alternatywnych ścieżek rozwoju poprzez wdrożenie innowacji b) Uszczegółowienie i ocena wybranej ścieżki rozwoju związanej z wdrożeniem innowacji c) Przygotowanie szczegółowego modelu finansowego dla wdrażanej innowacji d) Analiza ryzyka wdrożenia innowacji e) Analiza wpływu wdrożenia technologii na środowisko naturalne f) Pomoc w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej i technicznej niezbędnej do wdrożenia innowacji 2. Prace budowlane/instalatorskie a) Poszukiwanie i nawiązanie kontaktu z dostawca technologii b) Pomoc w procesie przygotowania i przeprowadzenia negocjacji z dostawcą technologii c) Doradztwo w procesie przygotowania umowy zakupu technologii pomiędzy dostawcą i odbiorcą technologii d) Doradztwo i pomoc w opracowaniu i przeprowadzeniu pilotażowego wdrożenia innowacji e) Opracowanie strategii marketingowej dla wyrobu lub usługi będącej przedmiotem wdrożenia innowacji f) Doradztwo, pomoc i szkolenia w pełnym wdrożeniu innowacji 3.
