Głównym celem projektu jest uzyskanie 79,93 MWh energii elektrycznej pochodzącej ze źródeł odnawialnych. Aby spełnić ten cel planuje się zakup i montaż trzech instalacji fotowoltaicznych na terenie gminy Dzikowiec:• Oczyszczalni Ścieków w Nowym Dzikowcu - instalacja o mocy 34,8 kW,• Pompowni Wody w Mechowcu – instalacja o mocy 19,8 kW,• Oczyszczalni Ścieków w Wilczej Woli – instalacja o mocy 30,0 kW.
