LEAD OBJECTIVE: To increase the activity and employment of 40 persons (27K/13M) of the inhabitants of Kielce and the Kielce district to the local labour market by the end of XII 2017. Project implemented in two editions (II.2016 -XII.2017) in KIS in Kielce. Proj:1,2 (a, b,c) The project provides comprehensive support for actors, the acquisition of real qualifications and professional experience that allows for an effective return to the labour market (I PD, occupational guidance, group workshops, qualification training and professional experience). Main activity (s): 1.Identification of the needs of participants for a project (professional advice, psychological counselling, workshops for interpersonal communication and self-presentation), 2.Implementation of the activation programme for professional activity (group and individual), 3.Selection training tailored to the needs of project promoters (according to IPD) leading to the removal, addition or change of qualification. 4.professions -3es. Since 2007, Caritas Diocemy Kieleckie has since a network of social integration Clubs, which provides services for the activation of those unemployed, jobseekers and those who are excluded.     Projekt Caritas Diecezji Kieleckiej "TWOJA DOBRA ZM IANA" skierowany do 40 os.powyżej 29 r.ż.znajduj.si ę w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. CEL GŁÓWNY PROJ: Zwiększenie do końca XII 2017 r. aktywności zawodow ej i zatrudnienia 40 os.(27K/13M) mieszkańców Kielc i powiatu kieleckiego w zawodach poszukiwanych na lokalnym rynku pracy. Projekt realizowany w dwóch edycjach ( II.2016 -XII.2017) w KIS w Kielcach. Typ proj:1,2(a ,b,c) Projekt zapewnia kompleksowe wsparcie uczestn ikom, nabycie realnych kwalifikacji oraz doświadczenia zawodowego pozwalającego na skuteczny powrót na rynek pracy(I PD,poradnictwo zawodowe,warsztaty grupowe,szkolenia kwalifikacyjne oraz staż zawodowy). Główne działani a: 1.Identyfikacja potrzeb Uczestników projektu(doradz two zawodowe, poradnictwo psychologiczne,Warsztaty komunikacji interpersonalnej i autoprezentacji), 2.Realizacja programu aktywizacji zawodowej-poradni ctwo zawodowe(grupowe i indywidualne), 3.Szkolenia kwalifikacyjne-dopasowane do potrzeb Uc zestników projektu (zgodnie z IPD)prowadzące do pod niesienia,uzupełnienia lub zmiany kwalifikacji zaw. , 4.Staże zawodowe-3 mies. Caritas Diecezji Kieleckie j od 2007 r. prowadzi sieć Klubów Integracji Społec znej, świadczące usługi z zakresu aktywizacji zawod owej os. bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy i wykluczonych sp ołecznie.
