Projekt polega na kompleksowej przebudowie budynku Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Wojkowicach Kościelnych, na terenie Gminy Siewierz. W ramach planowanych prac przewidziano koszty obejmujące termomodernizację obiektu, obejmującą obok wykonania nowej elewacji wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej oraz wymianę poszycia dachowego. Dodatkowo wykonana zostanie nowa instalacja centralnego ogrzewania wraz z nową kotłownią oraz wentylacja w postaci instalacji rekuperacyjnej. Projekt przyczyni się do rozwiązania problemu kluczowego, za jaki uznano niski poziom efektywności energetycznej oraz wysoką emisyjność i energochłonność budynku. Kluczowe korzyści wynikające z realizacji projektu obejmują przede wszystkim zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną, co przełoży się na obniżenie kosztów utrzymania, a także znaczącą poprawę komfortu. Istotnym efektem będą korzyści środowiskowe uzyskane dzięki obniżonym poziomom emisji zanieczyszczeń. (Polish)

The project consists of a comprehensive refurbishment of the Voluntary Fire Brigade building at the Church War, in the municipality of Siewierz. The planned work includes costs including thermo-modernisation of the facility, which includes, in addition to the implementation of the new façade, the replacement of window and door frames and the replacement of roof panels. In addition, a new heating system will be installed together with the new boiler and ventilation in the form of recuperative installations. The project will help to address the key issue that has been identified as a low level of energy efficiency and a high carbon intensity and energy intensity of the building. The key benefits of the project mainly include a reduction in demand for heat, resulting in a reduction in the cost of living and a significant improvement in comfort. The significant effect will be the environmental benefits achieved by the reduced levels of pollutant emissions. (English)
