Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego, będącego własnością Miasta Ruda Śląska. W ramach projektu nastąpi poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku uzyskana poprzez poprawę izolacyjności przegród budowlanych w wyniku wykonania termomodernizacji polegającej na ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych, stropodachu, stropu nad piwnicą, wymianie drzwi wejściowych oraz wykonaniu instalacji centralnego ogrzewania w celu podłączenia budynku do sieci ciepłowniczej. The project consists of a comprehensive thermal renovation of a multi-apartment apartment building owned by the City of Ruda Śląska. The project will improve the energy efficiency of the building obtained by improving the insulation of the building envelope as a result of the thermal modernisation of external walls, steep overhead, costume above the basement, replacement of the input door and the completion of the central heating installation to connect the building to the district heating network.
