Przedmiotem Projektu jest zintegrowany rozwój publicznego kształcenia zawodowego w Powiecie Wejherowskim w obszarze wybranych branż kluczowych poprzez rozbudowę 5 szkół: ZSP nr 2 w Wejherowie, ZSP nr 3 w Wejherowie, ZSP nr 4 w Wejherowie, ZSP nr 2 w Rumi i PZSP w Wejherowie oraz wyposażenie i doposażenie w rozbudowanych szkołach 36 pracowni kształcenia zawodowego. Celem wynikowym tych działań jest: podniesienie jakości szkolnictwa zawodowego w Powiecie; wzmocnienie atrakcyjności powiatowych szkół zawodowych; dostosowania oferty kształcenia zawodowego w Powiecie Wejherowskim do oczekiwań pracodawców oraz uwarunkowań lokalnego, subregionalnych i regionalnego rynku pracy; podniesienie jakości i standaryzacja bazy dydaktycznej teoretycznego i praktycznego kształcenia zawodowego, zwiększenie zatrudnialności i szans absolwentów powiatowych szkół zawodowych na odniesienie sukcesu na rynku pracy; oraz docelowo zintegrowany rozwój publicznego kształcenia zawodowego na terenie Powiatu. The project is the integrated development of public vocational education in the La Wejherowski district in the area of selected key industries through the expansion of 5 schools: ZSP No 2 in Wejherów, ZSP No 3 in Wejherowie, ZSP No 4 in Wejherów, ZSP No 2 in Rumi and the PZSP in Wejherowie, as well as the equipment and provision of 36 university vocational training establishments. The purpose of these actions is to: increasing the quality of vocational education in the air; strengthening the attractiveness of district vocational schools; adapt the vocational training offer in the Wejherowski unit to the expectations of employers and the local, sub-regional and regional context of the labour market; to improve the quality and standardisation of the teaching background of theoretical and practical vocational training, to increase the employability and employability of district vocational school graduates with a view to their success in the labour market; and ultimately integrated development of public vocational training in the district.
