    Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie i wdrożenie Planu Rozwoju Eksportu przez firmę ALLBAG. Analiza pozycji konkurencyjnej firmy i jej produktów, potencjału rozwojowego firmy wykazała, że koniecznym warunkiem rozwoju firmy jest rozwój jej działalności eksportowej. Dlatego w ramach opracowanego Planu Rozwoju Eksportu firma weźmie udział w targach branżowych w charakterze wystawcy, a także dokona zakupu usług doradczych w zakresie wyszukiwania i doboru partnerów handlowych. Realizacja PRE pozwoli na pozyskanie nowych rynków zbytu i zwiększenie udziału eksportu w ogólnej sprzedaży przedsiębiorstwa. (Polish)

    The subject of the project is the development and implementation of an Export Development Plan by ALLABAG. An analysis of the competitive position of the firm and its products, the business potential of the firm has shown that the necessary condition for the firm’s development is the development of its export activities. Therefore, within the framework of the Export Development Plan, the company will participate in trade fairs as an exhibitor and will purchase advisory services for the search and selection of business partners. The realisation of PRE will allow the acquisition of new market outlets and increase the share of exports in the overall sales of the company. (English)
