Zasadniczym celem nowej inwestycji w CZMZ w Żyrardowie jest rozwój e-usług medycznych świadczonych mieszkańcom Żyrardowa oraz powiatu żyrardowskiego. Projekt zlokalizowany w powiecie żyrardowskim, w strefie zagrożenia wykluczeniem cyfrowym, zakłada zwiększenie dostępu mieszkańców do e-usług, poprzez doposażenie i modernizację infrastruktury informatycznej placówki oraz wdrożenie wysoce funkcjonalnego, zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego służącego pełnej obsłudze zdarzeń medycznych i administracyjnych.wdrożenie systemu informatycznego oraz związanych z nim platform e-usług medycznych – umożliwi wprowadzenie następujących nowych rozwiązań funkcjonalnych: - Elektroniczna Dokumentacja Medyczna. - Integracje systemów informatycznych z platforma P1, P2. - Ucyfrowienie wyników badań zarówno laboratoryjnych oraz cyfrowych. - Usprawnienie zarządzania jednostka oraz zasobami ludzkimi poprzez lepszą identyfikację powstałych kosztów oraz pracy personelu. - Zabezpieczenie zgodnie z normami gromadzonych w placówce danych. - Usprawnienie komunikacji zewnętrznej z placówką oraz pomiędzy partnerami projektu poprzez komunikację elektroniczną. - Usprawnienie komunikacji wewnętrznej w celu poprawy jakości wykonywanych procedur. Wprowadzonych zostanie 8 e-usług (w tym 7 usług wg 4 stopnia dojrzałości), rozumianych jako usługi świadczone w sposób zautomatyzowany poprzez użycie technologii informacyjnych, za pomocą systemów teleinformatycznych w publicznych sieciach telekomunikacyjnych, na indywidualne żądanie usługobiorcy, bez jednoczesnej obecności stron w tej samej lokalizacji – adresowanych do użytkownika zewnętrznego – pacjenta - mieszkańca regionu (7 e-usług), jak również personelu szpitala – użytkownika wewnętrznego (1 e-usługa). Projekt realizowany jest w partnerstwie z trzema podmiotami, z których każdy, podobnie jak wnioskodawca, świadczy usługi w sektorze opieki zdrowotnej w ramach kontraktów z NFZ. (Polish)

The main goal of the new investment in CZMZ in Żyrardów is to develop the medical services provided to the inhabitants of Żyrardów and the Żyrardów district. The project, located in the Żyrardów district, in the area of risk of digital exclusion, aims to increase the access of people to e-services, by providing for the retrofitting and upgrading of the facility’s IT infrastructure and by deploying a highly functional integrated IT system for the full handling of medical and administrative occurrences. the implementation of the IT system and the related eHealth platforms will enable the introduction of the following new functional solutions: — Medical Electronic Documentation. — Information systems integration with the P1, P2 platform. To digitalise the results of both laboratory and digital research. Improving the management of the unit and human resources through better identification of the resulting costs and of the work of the staff. — Collateral in accordance with standards to be collected in the institution. Improving external communication with the facility and between project partners through electronic communication. — Improve internal communication in order to improve the quality of the procedures performed. 8 e-services (including 7 maturity services) will be introduced (including 4 services), understood as services which are provided by automated means through the use of information technology, by means of information technology systems on public telecommunications networks, at the individual request of the customer, without the simultaneous presence of the parties at the same location — user-centred outside the patient — the patient — the region (7 e-services), as well as the hospital’s staff — an internal user (1 e-service). The project is carried out in partnership with three entities, each of which, like the applicant, provides healthcare services within the framework of contracts with the NFZ. (English)
