Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie gm. Policzna (dalej: GP) w okr. 01.06.2018-31.08.2019. Celem głównym (dalej:CG) proj. jest wyższy poziom upowszechn. wysokiej jakości eduk. przedszk. w GP do 31.08.2019 poprzez stworzenie nowych miejsc wych. przedsz. dla 25 dzieci/13dziewczynek (dalej: dz), oraz objęcie ofertą zaj. dodatk. 72 dzieci/39 dz, w tym 25 nowych, jak również podniesienie kompetencji 5 nauczycieli/4K w Zespole Szkolno-Przedszkolnym (dalej: ZS-P) Samorządowe Przedszkole w Czarnolesie do pracy z dziećmi w wieku przedszk. w zakr. współpracy z rodzicami i radzenia sobie w sytuacjach trudnych poprzez objęcie ich szkoleniem w tym zakresie. Grupę docelową (dalej: GD) stanowi 72 dzieci/39 dz w wieku przedsz. określone w ustawie o syst. oś. zamieszk. na terenie GP w woj. mazowieckim, w tym:1) 25dzieci/13 dz (podział wynika z demogr. i diagnozy) w wieku 3-4 l.– przyjętych do nowej grupy, kt. również będzie objęta zaj. dod. 2) 47 dzieci/26 dz-podział wynika z demogr.i diagnozy) w wieku przedsz. określone w ust. o syst. oś., będą one objęte oferta? zaj.dod. oraz 5 nauczycieli/4K w ZS-P Samorządowe Przedszkole w Czarnolesie Wsk. produktu: *liczba miejsc wychowania przedszk. dofinansowanych w programie - 25; *liczba dzieci objętych w ramach programu dodatkowymi zajęciami zwiększającymi ich szanse edukacyjne w edukacji przedszk. - 25/13dz; *liczba nauczycieli objętych wsparciem w programie - 5/4K. Wsk. rezultatu: *liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu 5/4K. Zadania: 1. Organizacja i funkcjonowanie nowej grupy; 2. Zajęcia dodatkowe dla nowej grupy; 3. Zajęcia dodatkowe dla wszystkich dzieci; 4. Szkolenie dla nauczycieli. Dla nowej gr. zostanie zaadoptowana i odpow. wypos. sala zajęć, zostaną przeprowadzone prace adapt.-remont. łazienki dla dzieci, doposażony zostanie plac zabaw. Dla wszystkich dzieci przedszkola zorg. będą zajęcia dodatkowe. Kwota dofinansowania 458 155,20 zł; wkład własny 114 538,80 (Polish)

The project will be carried out in a large area (hereinafter: PG) in the round. 01.06.2018-31.08.2019. The principal objective (CG) is higher to increase the level of high quality pre-glass education to 31.08.2019 by the creation of new sites. for 25 dzieci/13dziewczynek (hereinafter: Dz.) and inclusion in an offer. 72 dzieci/39, including 25 new ones, as well as an increase in competence of 5 nauczycieli/4K in the School and School Group (hereinafter: ZS-P), in the form of cooperation with parents, and dealing with difficult situations by providing training in these areas. The target group (hereinafter: GD is 72 dzieci/39 of the pre-school age laid down in the Ushers’ Fisheries Act, of which: 1) 25dzieci/13 dz (breakdown is the result of a decease and diagnosis) aged between 3 and 4 l. — adopted in the new group, Kt will also be included in the DIP. (2) 47 dzieci/26 are the following: * number of pre-funded points in the programme — 25; * the number of children included in the programme to improve their educational opportunities in pre-primary education. — 25/13dz; * number of teachers supported in the programme — 5/4K. Result: * the number of teachers who obtained their qualifications or acquired competence after leaving 5/4K. Tasks: 1. The organisation and functioning of the new group; 2. Additional activities for the new group; 3. Extra-curricular activities for all children; 4. Teacher training. With a view to adapting the room to the room, work will be carried out in the field of upgrading the bathroom for the children. a playground will be provided.
