Celem głównym projektu jest: poprawa funkcjonowania zbiorczego systemu kanalizacji sanitarnej na terenie gminy Piaski. Grupą docelową są odbiorcy usług w zakresie zaopatrzenia w wodę oraz odbioru ścieków z terenu gminy Piaski (w tym m.in. z terenu aglomeracji w zakresie rozbudowy oczyszczalni ścieków). Przewidywana liczba osób, które skorzystają z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków wyniesie 3000. Zakres projektu obejmuje przebudowę istniejącej oczyszczalni ścieków. Przebudowa obejmie: pompownię główną, stację ścieków dowożonych, reaktor biologiczny z komorą wydzielonej stabilizacji i osadnikiem wtórnym, komorę zagęszczania osadu - istniejącą, stację dmuchaw, zbiornik retencyjny wód deszczowych i nadmiarowych poj. 160 m3, budynek socjalno - techniczny - istniejący, AKPIA + GSM, rurociągi technologiczne, sieci i instalacje elektryczne, roboty drogowe, place i ukształtowanie terenu, rozruch technologiczny. Przedmiotowe przedsięwzięcie ma na celu dostosowanie oczyszczalni do przyjęcia i oczyszczenia całej przewidywanej docelowej ilości ścieków i zanieczyszczeń oraz usprawnienie eksploatacji i zwiększenie pewności działania. Po przebudowie projektowana wielkość przewiduje wzrost obsługi z 1575 RLM do 3564 RLM. Kolejnym elementem jest stworzenie serwisu umożliwiającego dokonywanie transakcji on-line oraz wykorzystanie serwisu internetowego lub innych narzędzi ICT w celu oceny poziomu satysfakcji użytkowników z otrzymanych usług. The main aim of the project is: improving the functioning of the collecting system in the municipality of Piaski. The target group shall be the target audience for the supply of water and the collection of waste water from the municipality of Piaski (including, inter alia, an agglomeration in the area of the extension of the waste water treatment plant). The expected number of people expected to benefit from an improved waste water treatment will be 3000. The scope of the project involves the reconstruction of the existing waste water treatment plant. The restructuring will include: main pumping station, feeder station, biological reactor with a separate stabilisation and settlement chamber, sediment concentration chamber — existing, dmuchaw station, rain water reservoir and excess capacity. 160 m³, social and technical building — existing, AKPiA + GSM, technology, networks and electrical installations, road works, squares and topography, starting with technology. The purpose of this project is to adapt the treatment plant to the intake and depuration of the projected target amount of waste water and pollutants, and to improve the operation and certainty of the operation. After reconstruction, the proposed volume provides for an increase in the service from 1575 p.e. to 3564 p.e.. Another element is the creation of an online transaction service and the use of a web service or other ICT tools to assess the level of satisfaction of users from the services received. (English)
