Projekt (P.) zakłada instalację 104 szt. zestaw. kol. słonecznych (69 szt. 2 panelowych o mocy 3,4 kW każdy i 35 szt. 3-panelowych o mocy 5,1 kW każdy) w obiekt. prywat. do podgrz. CWU o sum. mocy 0,41MW posadowione wyłącznie na dachu lub na elewacji. P. przewiduje również zaprojektowanie i wykon. portalu internet., kt będzie pełnił funkcje eduk., promoc. oraz oferował usługi on-line, Usługę wykonania SW, Promocję projektu, Usługę inspektora nadzoru. Łączna liczba mieszk. GW korzystających (GRUPA DOCELOWA) z efektów realizacji P. wyniesie ok. 400 w 104 obiektach. GŁÓWNYM CELEM P. jest zwiększ. stosowania OZE na terenie GW. Cele szczegół.: CEL 1: Upowszechnienie techno. wytwarzania czystej energii wśród mieszk. poprzez powszechny montaż OZE na terenie gminy CEL 2: Redukcja zanieczyszczeń powietrza atmosf. poprzez zmniejsz. emisji gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery CEL 3: Zmniejszenie obciążeń finans. mieszk. poprzez wykorz. OZE. REZULTATY: Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii ze ŹO poprzez montaż instalacji do podgrz. CWU o sum. mocy 0,41MW, Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych-59,67 tCO2/rok, Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE-174,96 MWht/rok. P. realizuje cel prioryt. 4 jak i cel główn. RPO WL. P. wpis. się w cele operac. (2.5; 3.6; 4.5) wskaz. w SRWL 2014-2020. GW. Na podstawie PROGRAMU OCHRONY POWIETRZA DLA STREFY LUBELSKIEJ w GW nie stwierdzono przekroczenie choćby jednego poziomu dopuszczalnego lub docelowego w odniesieniu do substancji podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza. Jednakże działania przewidziane w P. przyczyniają się do realizacji działań naprawczych mających na celu poprawę stanu jakości powietrza zawartych w PROGRAMIE OCHRONY POWIETRZA DLA STREFY LUBELSKIEJ poprzez ograniczenie emisji pyłu PM10 z indywidualnych systemów grzewczych dzięki instalacji kolektorów słonecznych u odbiorców indywidualnych oraz działania promocyjne i edukacyjne.
