Przedmiotem projektu jest rozbudowa DW nr 714 na odcinku węzeł autostradowy Romanów–Brójce” od km 8+953,95 do km 13+044,50 wraz z infrastrukturą. Projekt przewiduje: - rozbiórkę istniejącej i budowę nowej konstrukcji nawierzchni wraz z niezbędnymi korektami trasy i niwelety, - rozbudowę skrzyżowań, - budowę zatok autobusowych, - budowę chodników i ciągów pieszo - rowerowych, - budowę i przebudowę zjazdów, - odtworzenie i regulacje rowów przydrożnych, - budowę kanalizacji deszczowej, - budowę oświetlenia, - przebudowę sieci: teletechnicznej, wodociągowej, energetycznej i oświetleniowej, kolidujących z inwestycją. W ramach projektu realizowane będą usługi związane z: - dokumentacją techniczną, - studium wykonalności - nadzorem autorskim, - promocją projektu - wykonanie tablic informacyjnych/pamiątkowych, Projektowane parametry Dw Nr 714 zostały opisane w studium wykonalności. Celami szczegółowymi projektu, rozumianymi jako korzyści osiągane bezpośrednio po realizacji projektu są: - poprawa: jakości infrastruktury, bezpieczeństwa w zakresie wymijania pieszych i rowerzystów, warunków działalności istniejących podmiotów gospodarczych, estetyki krajobrazu, wizerunku regionu, bezpieczeństwa ruchu i bezpieczeństwa pieszych, - zmniejszenie kosztów utrzymania infrastruktury, - niższe koszty eksploatacji pojazdów samochodowych, - niższa: emisja toksycznych składników spalin, emisja hałasu i wibracji, - skrócenie czasu przejazdu i zwiększenie komfortu podróży, - zwiększenie atrakcyjności gospodarczej i inwestycyjnej, mobilności mieszkańców (m.in. chodniki), - obniżenie emisji zanieczyszczeń komunikacyjnych odprowadzanych do gleby i wód, - wykorzystanie potencjału inwestycyjnego. Realizacja inwestycji służyć będzie zarówno mieszkańcom, którzy w celach zawodowych lub rekreacyjnych korzystają z niej, jak i osobom, przybywającym spoza regionu. Użytkownikami drogi są także przewoźnicy, kierowcy zawodowi, przedsiębiorcy, turyści przejeżdżający DW 714. (Polish)

The project is the extension of the DFE No 714 along the section of the Romanów-Bypass interchange between km 8 + 953,95 and km 13 + 044,50 with the infrastructure. The changes introduced by the new text include: — demolition of the existing and construction of a new pavement structure with the necessary route and level adjustments, — extension of junctions, construction of bus bays, construction of pavements and walking paths for bicycles, construction and conversion of exits, — construction of storm water drainage — construction of lighting — renovation of the network: telecommunications, water, energy and lighting, which are in conflict with the investment. The project will provide services related to: — the technical file, — the feasibility study — copyright surveillance, — project promotion — implementation of plaques/souvenirs, the draft parameters of DPNo 714 have been described in the feasibility study. The specific objectives of the project, as directly realised after the project, are: Improvement: infrastructure quality, safety for pedestrians and cyclists, operating conditions of existing operators, landscape aesthetics, image of the region, road safety and pedestrian safety, — reduction of infrastructure maintenance costs, — lower costs for the use of motor vehicles, — lower: emissions of toxic components, noise and vibration emissions, reducing journey times and increased travel comfort, improving the economic and investment attractiveness, mobility of inhabitants (such as pavements), reducing the emissions of transport pollutants discharged to soil and water, making use of the investment potential. Investments will be made both for residents who use it for professional or leisure purposes as well as for persons coming from outside the region. Road users are also transport operators, professional drivers, entrepreneurs, tourists crossing the DW 714. (English)
