POWIAT ŻNIŃSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W ŻNINIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r. ż. zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należących w szczególności do: osób powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach w powiecie żnińskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie osiągnięcie wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej zgodne z Komunikatem w sprawie wyznaczenia minimalnych poziomów kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla Regionalnych Programów Operacyjnych: a) minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej na poziomie co najmniej 33%; b) minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla kobiet na poziomie co najmniej 39%; c) minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami na poziomie co najmniej 33%; d) minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych na poziomie co najmniej 30%; e) minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu ISCED 3) na poziomie co najmniej 38%. f) minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyższych kategorii 43%. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of the unemployed over 29. they have been selected for the aid profile I (active unemployed) and/or the support profile II (so called “requiring support”), in particular to: persons aged over 50, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled, in the county of żniński. The main outcome of the project will be to achieve the employment performance indicators in line with the Communication on setting minimum employment performance criteria for Regional Operational Programmes: (a) the minimum employment performance criterion for people aged 50 years and over at no less than 33 %; a minimum employment performance criterion of at least 39 % for women; minimum employment performance criterion for persons with disabilities of at least 33 %; the minimum employment performance criterion for the long-term unemployed of at least 30 %; (e) the minimum employment performance criterion for the low-skilled (to ISCED level 3) of at least 38 %. (f) the minimum employment performance criterion for persons not eligible for any of the above categories of 43 %. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
