Projekt będzie bazował na szczegółowej analizie doświadczeń w budowaniu i utrzymywaniu podobnych narzędzi analitycznych, które dotychczas były opracowywane w różnych krajach (w tym w Polsce (identyfikacja przyczyn ich niewielkiej trwałości) i będzie odwoływał się do dobrych praktyk międzynarodowych z tego zakresu. Nad modelem będzie pracował interdyscyplinarny zespół stworzony przez unikalne partnerstwo łączące wiedzę z zakresu rynku pracy, badań, modeli ekonometrycznych i szkoleń. Celem działania tego partnerstwa będzie wypracowanie, przetestowanie i wdrożenie modelu oceny efektywności działań prowadzonych przez Publiczne służby zatrudnienia. (Polish)

The project will be based on a detailed analysis of experience in building and maintaining similar analytical tools that have so far been developed in different countries (including Poland (identifying the causes of their poor sustainability) and will refer to good international practices in this area.The model will be developed by an interdisciplinary team created by a unique partnership combining knowledge of the labour market, research, econometric models and training.The aim of this partnership will be to develop, test and implement a model for assessing the performance of Public Employment Services.
