| Property / summary: The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people below the age of 30 in the outermost regions.The main result of the project will be the employment of 203 participants in the project (93 women and 110 men), including at least 25 % of the participants with disabilities, at least 35 % of the participants with a disability — at least 36 % of the low-qualified participants — at least 43 % of the participants with a low qualification — at least of the participants who are not eligible for any of the above target groups of the project — a group of 450 unemployed (206 women and 244 men) aged 18-29 who are unemployed, registered in the District Labour Office in Opathos as unemployed (belonging to aid profiles I or II) that do not participate in education and training (so-called “aid scheme”).NEETs) as defined in the Education Development 2014-2020 Operational Programme “Knowledge Education Development 18-”, including at least 4 disabled people (2 women and 2 men) and 289 people (137 women and 152 men) of long-term unemployed -29 eligible for project support (under I or II of the aid profile).For each participant, a specific job activation offer will be presented preceded by an analysis of the participant’s skills, suitability and professional problems.The implementation of the project will make it important to find employment and to acquire new qualifications for persons up to the age of 29, taking part in the project.As part of the project, 430 people will be targeted at a traineeship, 8 people will be allocated a one-off economic activity and 12 people will be targeted for training. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie opatowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 203 uczestników projektu( 93 kobiety i 110 mężczyzn), w tym - co najmniej 25 % uczestników niepełnosprawnych - co najmniej 35% uczestników projektu będących osobami długotrwale bezrobotnymi - co najmniej 36% uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach - co najmniej 43% uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyżej wymienionych grup docelowych Grupą docelową projektu będzie grupa 450 osób bezrobotnych ( 206 kobiet i 244 mężczyzn) w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Opatowie jako bezrobotne ( należące do I lub II profilu pomocy) które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu ( tzw. Młodzież NEET) zgodnie z definicją osoby z kategorii NEET przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój 2014-2020,w tym co najmniej 4 osoby niepełnosprawne( 2 kobiety i 2 mężczyzn) oraz 289 osoby ( 137 kobiet i 152 mężczyzn) długotrwale bezrobotnych w wieku 18-29 lat kwalifikujących się do objęcia wsparciem w ramach projektu (należących do I lub II profilu pomocy). Dla każdego uczestnika zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Realizacja projektu j w istotny sposób ułatwi znalezienie zatrudnienia oraz pozyskanie nowych kwalifikacji przez osoby do 29 roku życia, biorące udział w projekcie. W ramach projektu 430 osób zostanie skierowane do odbycia stażu, 8 osób otrzyma jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej oraz 12 osób zostanie skierowane na szkolenia. (Polish)
