Celem projektu jest wsparcie funkcjonowania Departamentu jako instytucji odpowiedzialnej za realizację, monitorowanie i wdrażanie celów polityki spójności, a także strategii EU 2020, SRK 2020, KSRR 2010-2020, KPZK 2030, AT UE 2020 i przyszłej agendy miejskiej UE w zakresie planowania i zagospodarowania przestrzennego na wszystkich szczeblach zarządzania rozwojem, w wymiarze krajowym, regionalnym, lokalnym oraz funkcjonalnym, a także polityki miejskiej i rewitalizacji, w tym wsparcie działań innowacyjnych. Zmiany systemu w zakresie kształtowania ładu przestrzennego obejmą wprowadzenie do planowania strategicznego współzależności celów polityki przestrzennej i regionalnej, w tym projektowanie nowych aktów prawnych oraz dostosowanie prawa do wymogów nowego systemu. Realizację powyższych działań będzie wspierała współpraca z administracją rządową i samorządową, ekspertami oraz podmiotami w zakresie planowania i zagospodarowania przestrzennego oraz polityki miejskiej i rewitalizacji. Rozwijanie sieci współpracy w ww. zakresie, promowanie dobrych praktyk, wypracowanie modelowych rozwiązań, w tym organizacja spotkań, konferencji i seminariów zwiększy efektywność wykorzystywania środków UE na rzecz rozwoju miast i rewitalizacji. Działania te wspierają zrównoważony rozwój oraz koordynację polityki spójności z politykami krajowymi, sektorowymi i regionalną, w jej wymiarach miejskim i terytorialnym i ich uwzględnieniu w programach operacyjnych, przyczyniając się do realizacji Umowy Partnerstwa. The project aims to support the functioning of the Department as the institution responsible for the implementation, monitoring and implementation of the objectives of cohesion policy, as well as the EU 2020 strategy, SRK 2020, NSRF 2010-2020, the KPZK 2030, AT EU 2020 and the future Urban Agenda for EU Urban Agenda at all levels of development governance, at national, regional, local and functional levels, as well as urban policies and regeneration, including support for innovative actions.The development of the system for spatial planning will include the introduction to strategic planning of interdependencies between spatial and regional policy objectives, including the design of new legislation and the adaptation of the law to the requirements of the new system.The implementation of the above activities will support cooperation with government and local government, experts and planning and planning and urban development and urban planning.Developing cooperation networks on these issues, promoting good practices, developing model solutions, including the organisation of meetings, conferences and seminars, will increase the efficiency of the use of EU funds for urban development and revitalisation.Those actions shall promote sustainable development and the coordination of policy with national, sectoral and regional policies, within its urban and territorial dimensions and their integration in operational programmes, contributing to the implementation of the Partnership Agreement.
