WDROŻENIE INNOWACYJNEJ TECHNOLOGII PRODUKCJI OŚWIETLENIA PRZY UŻYCIU ELIMINATORA STRUMIENI ŚWIATŁA stanowi inwestycję Norlys sp. z o. o. – krajowego i europejskiego producenta oświetlenia zewnętrznego, która ma charakter technologiczny i polega na wdrożeniu własnej nowej technologii oraz uruchomieniu na jej podstawie wytwarzania znacząco ulepszonych grup słupów, lamp oświetleniowych zewnętrznych (typów Narvik, Koster, Modena, Visby). TECHNOLOGIA BĘDĄCA PRZEDMIOTEM WDROŻENIA to dostosowana i zindywidualizowana do wymagań produktu technologia odlewania wysokociśnieniowego w warunkach obniżonego ciśnienia we wnęce formy. Właściwa, jakość odlewów jest gwarantem trwałości i niezawodności zespołów i urządzeń, w których one mają zastosowanie. Przedmiotowa technologia dotyczy także zastosowania własnej chronionej technologii eliminatora światła. Eliminator światła wpływa bezpośrednio na skierowanie świecenia. Pozwoli on na zdecydowane zmniejszenie emisji „światła do góry”, które ma niestety coraz większy negatywny wpływ na równowagę ekologiczną Ziemi oraz na oszczędność energii. Rozwiązania te wdrażane będą w określonych w projekcie typach słupów montażowych i opraw oświetleniowych. PRZEWAGA KONKURENCYJNA PRODUKTÓW została osiągnięta ze względu na: CECHY, PARAMETRY, FUNKCJONALNOŚCI: 1. innowacyjna oprawa 2. jakość światła i energooszczędność 2. lekkość, mały rozmiar dzięki spawaniu słupu montażowego 3. możliwość jednoosobowego montażu - dzięki systemowi teleskopowemu. “Project:The implementation of the innovative TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTION DOWN OF ELIMINATOR STRUMIENI ŚWIATŁA is an investment by the Norlys sp. z o. o. — a national and European producer of external lighting, which is technological in nature and consists of the deployment of its own new technology and the activation on its basis of significantly improved groups of poles, exterior lighting lamps (Narvik types, Koster, Modena, Visby).Switching technology is an adapted and customised technology for high pressure casting under reduced pressure in the mould.The quality of the castings is the guarantor of the durability and reliability of the teams and facilities in which they apply.The technology in question also applies to the use of its own protected light agent technology.The light is directly affected by the light to the light.It will drastically reduce the emissions of “light to the top”, which unfortunately has a growing negative impact on the planet’s ecological balance and on energy savings.These solutions will be implemented in the design types of assembly and luminaires specified in the project.The competitive advantage of the products is achieved because of:CHARACTERISTICS, PARAMETERS, FUNCTIONALITIES:1. innovative No°2. 3. light quality and energy saving 2. lightness, small size by welding the th assembly pole. possibility of one-person installation — thanks to the telescopic system.The project is intended to run from 1 April 2016 to 31 December 2017. the total cost of the investment is PLN 6 942 600,00.‘ (English)
