LA DIFFICOLTà DEI DOCENTI DI ORGANIZZARE INTERVENTI MIRATI AI SINGOLI E L'INADEGUATEZZA DI MOLTE FAMIGLIE A SUPPORTARE IL PERCORSO SCOLASTICO DEI RAGAZZI DEFINISCONO UN QUADRO CRITICO, IN CUI MOLTI SI SCORAGGIANO E SI PERDONO PER STRADA. L'INTERVENTO PROPOSTO, GIà SPERIMENTATO IN PASSATO CON OTTIMI RISULTATI, PREVEDE: - LA COMPRESENZA IN CLASSE DEL DOCENTE DI ITALIANO CON I COLLEGHI IN ORARIO CURRICOLARE, SU CALENDARIZZAZIONE TALE DA COINVOLGERE TUTTE LE CLASSI DEL PR (Italian)

    THE PROJECT PROPOSAL AIMS TO REDUCE THE DEGREE OF EARLY SCHOOL LEAVING, WITH MEASURES TO ENCOURAGE PUPILS TO ATTEND THE LESSONS OF THE PROJECT, AND TO LEARN HOW TO MANAGE THEIR MANAGERS, TO HELP THEM TO COPE WITH THEIR OWN MISTAKES AND TO DEVELOP SELF-ESTEEM. IN OUR SECONDARY SCHOOL, EARLY RETIREMENT IS ESPECIALLY PRESENT IN THE FIRST TWO YEARS, AND THIS IS LINKED TO THE VAST FRAGILITI KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS OF THE INCOMING PUPILS, WHO OFTEN LACK BASIC REFERENCES. THE PLIGHT OF TEACHERS TO ORGANISE INTERVENTIONS TARGETED AT INDIVIDUALS AND THE INADEQUACY OF MANY FAMILIES TO SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL PATHWAY OF YOUNG PEOPLE DEFINE A CRITICAL FRAMEWORK, WHERE MANY ARE DISCOURAGED AND LOST BY ROAD. THE PROPOSED ACTION, WHICH HAS BEEN SEEN IN THE PAST WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS, PROVIDES FOR: — THE PRESENCE OF AN ITALIAN TEACHER WITH COLLEAGUES WORKING HOURS IN THE CURRICULUM, ON A SCHEDULING BASIS INVOLVING ALL THE CLASSES IN THE PR (English)
