Projekt spočíva v vytvorení experimentálnej siete dátových senzorov (IOT) na území Agglomération (Var) Metropole Toulon Provence, ako aj územnej dátovej platformy, ktorá je ústredným prvkom celkovej digitálnej politiky na území, a územného hypervízora s okamžitým uplatňovaním v prvých oblastiach životného prostredia, dopravnej mobility, energetiky a riadenia rizík.
