Projekt řeší stavební úpravy (rekonstrukci) stávajícího bytového domu na ulici Balcárkova č.p. 684 v Uničove. Budova stojí na parcele č. st.1096 v katastrálním území Uničov. Na stavbě bude provedeno zateplení obvodového zdiva, zateplení stropu ze strany půdy a výměna otvorových výplní lodžií, oken v půdním prostoru a vstupních dveří. Hlavním cílem projektu je zlepšit současný tepelně-technický stav objektu a dosáhnout energetický úspor. (Czech)

The project deals with building modifications (renovation) of the existing apartment building at Balcárkova n.p. 684 in the Uničovie. The building stands for parcel No ST.1096 in the cadastral territory of the Uničov. The building will be warm on the perimeter, the insulation of the ceiling by the soil and the replacement of tags by boat, windows in the soil area and the entrance door. The main objective of the project is to improve the current thermal condition of the building and to achieve energy savings. (English)
