    Cílem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti objektu č. p. 400 na Ostravici, okres Frýdek-Místek. Jedná se o bytový dům v centru obce, obdélníkového půdorysu o třech NP a jednom PP, který je zastřešen mansardovou střechou. Dům obsahuje 9 bytů a v 1. NP se nachází informační centrum a kadeřnictví. V rámci rekonstrukce objektu dojde k zlepšení tepelně-technických parametrů stavebních konstrukcí pomocí zateplení obvodového pláště, mansard, stropu, soklu, výměny střešní krytiny a výměny oken.     The project aims at reducing the energy intensity of object no. 400 in Ostrava, Frýdek-Místek district. It is a house located in the centre of the municipality, a rectangular view of the three NP and one PP, which is a overarching roof. The house contains 9 apartments and 1 flats. The NP is an information centre and a hairdressing salon. The renovation of the building will lead to an improvement in the thermal performance of building structures by insulation of the building envelope, mansard, ceiling, somal, replacement of roof coverings and replacement of windows.
