THE ITALIAN FLAVOURS ARE JUST LIKE ITS REGIONS A MIX OF RECIPES FOR COOKING BETWEEN THE RENOWNED AND UNIQUE FLAVOURS OF THE IP WHICH ARE KNOWN IN EVERY PLACE WITH A SINGLE PASSION. THE ITALIAN REGIONAL CUISINE HAS A MULTITUDE OF CONTRASTS OF TASTE WHICH ARE IDEAL FOR MAKING ANY TASTE AVAILABLE FROM THE DEMANDING IP TO THAT OF THE POPULAR IP. THE PROJECT INVOLVES A VISIT TO A HOTEL IN AN ITALIAN REGION IN OUR CASE, SICILY, FOR THE KNOWLEDGE OF LOCAL RECIPES. (English)
