The project aims at increasing the professionalism of the Pestelka Family Centre, which is based in Brand-Líši. The aim of the project is to increase the professionalism of RC Pasteur, through the streamlining of selected organisational processes and the development of the competencies of the 14 staff of the organisation, within two years. the objectives will be achieved through the implementation of the following KA: Organisation and mission strategy, financing and fundraising, Human Resources, Marketing and PR, Quality of service.
