Hl. cílem projektu je zvýšit úroveň znalostí, dovedností, kompetencí 147 zaměstnanců a řešit nesoulad mezi kvalifikační úrovní zaměstnanců a potřebami zaměstnavatele. Aktivity, které povedou k dosažení cíle spočívají v realizaci prezenční formy výuky v oblasti dalšího profesního vzdělávání . Rizikem projektu je nenaplnění cílových hodnot indikátorů, nezvládnutí časového harmonogramu projektu a negativní ovlivňování firemních procesů a fluktuace. (Czech)

The project’s aim is to raise the level of knowledge, skills and competences of 147 employees and to address the mismatch between the skills of employees and the employer’s needs. Activities leading to the achievement of the objective consist of the implementation of an attendance form in the course of continuing professional training. The project’s risk is not to meet the indicator’s target values, not the timing of the project and the negative influence of business processes and fluctuations. (English)
