Projekt jest skierowany do 215 osób bezrobotnych (122K,93M) z powiatu starogardzkiego, zarejestrowanych w PUP. Celem projektu jest wzmożenie działań na rzecz aktywizacji zawodowej osób pozostających bez pracy, z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia, zarejestrowanych w PUP w Starogardzie Gd. jako bezrobotne. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: aktywizacja uczestników/czek projektu; podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników/czek projektu. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika/czki projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej określonego na poziomie minimum: 45% dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami do poziomu ISCED 3, imigrantów i reemigrantów oraz 60% dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup. The project is aimed at 215 unemployed persons (122K, 93M) from the district of old age, registered in the PLO. The aim of the project is to step up efforts to activate the labour force of people who are unemployed, excluding people before the age of 30, registered at the Gd. unemployed population in the Old Age. Specific objectives of the project: activation of project participants/participants; increase the employability of participants/participants in the project. Support will be provided only through the services and labour market measures laid down in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, excluding public works, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the participant’s/individual’s skills, suitability and professional problems in the form of an individual Action Plan. The main output of the project will be to achieve the employment performance indicator set at the minimum level: 45 % for those aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications in ISCED 3, immigrants and returnees, and 60 % for others who do not belong to the groups.
