Celem projektu „Rozwój i utrzymanie ogólnopolskiej Bazy Usług Rozwojowych (BUR)” jest zapewnienie powszechnego dostępu do wysokiej jakości usług rozwojowych świadczonych na rzecz przedsiębiorstw i pracowników. BUR to ogólnodostępna, bezpłatna baza ofert usług rozwojowych świadczonych w rozmaitych formach (m.in.: szkoleń, kursów zawodowych, doradztwa, studiów podyplomowych, mentoringu czy coachingu), dzięki którym instytucje i osoby prywatne będą mogły rozwijać swoje kompetencje oraz realizować swoje cele edukacyjne i biznesowe. Baza Usług Rozwojowych dostępna jest pod adresem uslugirozwojowe.parp.gov.pl. W wyniku realizacji założeń projektu zostaną osiągnięte m.in. następujące rezultaty: • 113 685 ofert usług rozwojowych zamieszczonych w BUR, • 3 300 podmiotów świadczących usługi rozwojowe zarejestrowanych w BUR, • 200 000 przedsiębiorców - odbiorców kampanii informacyjnej, • 1 funkcjonujący Rejestr Usług Rozwojowych, • 80% użytkowników RUR wysoko oceniających jakość usług rozwojowych, • 50% użytkowników deklarujących wybór oferty usługi rozwojowej z uwzględnieniem wyników oceny, • 3 000 przeprowadzonych weryfikacji ofert usług rozwojowych, • 495 audytów funkcjonowania podmiotów w BUR, • BUR dopasowany do potrzeb użytkowników, • system oceny usług dopasowany do użytkowników, • 4 800 przeprowadzonych weryfikacji kart podmiotu, • 2 opracowane zmodyfikowane wymagania dotyczące warunków wpisu do BUR. W ramach projektu przewidziano do realizacji następujące zadania: 1. Utrzymanie i rozwój systemu IT obsługującego Bazę Usług Rozwojowych 2. Bieżąca obsługa użytkowników Bazy Usług Rozwojowych 3. Zapewnianie jakości usług świadczonych przez podmioty zarejestrowane w BUR 4. Rozwój Bazy Usług Rozwojowych i komunikacja z otoczeniem (Polish)

The project “Development and maintenance of the National Development Services Database (BUR)” aims to ensure universal access to high-quality development services for companies and workers.The BUR is open to the public, free of charge offers of development services in various forms (including:training, vocational courses, counselling, postgraduate studies, mentoring and coaching) to enable institutions and individuals to develop their competences and fulfil their educational and business objectives.The R & D database can be found at usulgierus.parp.gov.pl.The results of the project will result, inter alia, from the following results:• 113 685 development services included in the BUR,• 3 300 providers of R & D services registered in the BUR,• 200 000 entrepreneurs who are recipients of the information campaign,• 1 functioning Registry of Development Services,• 80 % of users declaring the choice of the development service offer, taking into account the results of the evaluation,• 3 000 verification of development services offers,• 495 audits of the functioning of the entities in the BUR,• BUR matching the user’s needs,• 4 800 checks performed on the operator’s cards,• 2 modified requirements relating to the conditions of inclusion in the BUR.The project will carry out the following tasks:1.Maintenance and development of the IT system serving 2.Current service of users with the Development Services Database 3.Quality assurance of services provided by the entities registered in the BUR 4.Development of the Development Database and Communication with the Environment (English)
