Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa jakości dostarczanych wód na cele socjalno - bytowe poprzez modernizację istniejącej infrastruktury wodociągowej na obszarze wiejskim Gminy. Celami szczegółowymi są: -poprawa warunków życia mieszkańców gminy poprzez działania mające na celu zapewnienie dostępu do wysokiej jakości wody, -przeciwdziałanie skutkom suszy i zapewnienie ciągłości dostaw, -zmniejszenie strat w dostawach wody oraz zmniejszenie ryzyka wystąpienia awarii. Realizacja celu głównego i szczegółowych zapewni poprawę jakości życia mieszkańców oraz wpłynie pozytywnie na ochronę środowiska naturalnego, a także umożliwi rozwój przedsiębiorcom prowadzącym działalność na terenie Gminy. Inwestycja pozwoli na zmniejszenie ryzyka zanieczyszczeń środowiska naturalnego oraz prawdopodobieństwa chorób u ludzi i zwierząt wywołanych kontaktem z zanieczyszczoną wodą. W wyniku osiągnięcia założonych celów możliwy będzie społeczny, turystyczny i gospodarczy rozwój obszarów wiejskich Gminy Leśna Podlaska. Grupy docelowe: mieszkańcy gminy, przedsiębiorcy. Zaplanowany do realizacji projekt zakłada modernizację ujęcia wody (m.in. montaż instalacji PV o mocy 5 kW) w m. Leśna Podlaska wraz z budową zbiornika wyrównawczego, modernizacja i rozbudowa wodociągu wraz z przyłączami w m. Bordziłówka Nowa i Zaberbecze oraz Leśna Podlaska (budowa 740 m sieci i modernizacja 220 m), instalację system radiowego odczytu wodomierzy wraz z montażem wodomierzy (10 kpl.). Dzięki zrealizowaniu projektu w założonym zakresie obszar gminy zostanie w pełni zwodociągowany. Po realizacji projektu liczba użytkowników sieci wzrośnie o 5 osób, ponadto dla 3848 poprawie ulegnie jakość dostarczanej wody. Wszyscy nowi odbiory wody maja zapewnione prawidłowe zagospodarowanie ścieków. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of water supplied for social purposes by modernising the existing water supply infrastructure in the rural area of the municipality. The specific objectives are as follows: Improving the living conditions of the inhabitants of the municipality through measures aimed at ensuring access to quality water, combating the effects of drought and ensuring continuity of supply, reducing the loss of water supply and reducing the risk of failure. Implementation of the main and specific objective will improve the quality of life of the inhabitants and improve environmental protection and enable the development of entrepreneurs in the municipality. The investment will reduce the risk of environmental pollution and the likelihood of diseases in humans and animals caused by contact with contaminated water. As a result of the achievement of the objectives, the social, tourism and economic development of the rural areas of the municipality of Leśna Podlaska will be possible. The target groups: local residents, entrepreneurs. The project planned to implement the project involves modernisation of the water intake (inter alia, the installation of a PV power of 5 kW) in m. forestry in Podlaskie, with the construction of the compensatory tank, modernisation and extension of the water supply along with the connections in M. Bordziłoka Nowa and Zaberze i Zabberze i Zaberna Podlaska (construction of 740 m of the network and upgrading 220 m), the installation of the radio system for reading the water meter together with the installation of water meters (10 kpl). Thanks to the implementation of the project within the established scope, the area of the municipality will be fully hauled in. After the project, the number of network users will increase by 5, and for 3848 the quality of the water supplied will be improved. All new water collectors are provided with the right to correct waste water. (English)
