POWIAT RADOMSZCZAŃSKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W RADOMSKU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie radomszczańskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 97 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP w Radomsku. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Radomsku realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrmenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the county of Radom.The main result of the project will be the employment of 97 people registered in the PUP in Radomsko.In the framework of the project, support will be provided to persons below the age of 30 eligible for the aid profile I (active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so called “requiring support”).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned.On this basis, the PUP in Radomsko will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
