Głównym celem projektu pn.„Rozwój infrastruktury przedszkolnej w gminie Kolbuszowa” jest poprawa dostępności dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym do infrastruktury edukacyjnej na poziomie edukacji przedszkolnej oraz poprawa warunków i jakości kształcenia w Przedszkolu Publicznym w Weryni, poprzez budowę nowego przedszkola oraz zakup wyposażenia do IV kwartału 2016r. Wnioskowana inwestycja zlokalizowana jest na terenie województwa podkarpackiego, powiat kolbuszowski, gmina Kolbuszowa, wieś Werynia (powiat kolbuszowski jest preferowany terytorialnie w przedmiotowym konkursie). Cele szczegółowe: -kreowanie warunków sprzyjających kształtowaniu u dzieci postaw, służących rozwojowi kreatywności i innowacyjności, nowoczesnego nauczania przedszkolnego, -zwiększenie szans dzieci na udział w edukacji przedszkolnej poprzez wzrost miejsc przedszkolnych w nowopowstałej infrastrukturze edukacyjnej, -zwiększenie dostępu osobom (dzieciom) niepełnosprawnym do infrastruktury przedszkolnej. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi -budowa 1 budynku na potrzeby Przedszkola Publicznego w Weryni -objęcie wsparciem 40 dzieci w nowym przedszkolu -zakup 1 kompletu/ zestawu multimedialnego do nowobudowanego przedszkola Mierzalne efekty projektu zostaną osiągnięte do końca IV kwartału 2016r. Zakres rzeczowy/ przedmiot realizowanej inwestycji: Projekt obejmuje zadania inwestycyjne polegające na budowie nowego obiektu Publicznego w Weryni, zlokalizowanego przy Szkole Podstawowej w Weryni, oraz zakup wyposażenia (sprzęt ICT oraz materiały dydaktyczne). Wnioskodawca nie przewiduje wydatków kwalifikowalnych na działania mające wpływ na poprawę efektywności energetycznej. Gmina Kolbuszowa, będąca Wnioskodawcą, zaplanowała następujące kategorie interwencji: roboty budowlane, dostawy oraz usługi, tj.: -roboty budowlane dotyczące budowy nowego obiektu Publicznego Przedszkola w Weryni -zakup wyposażenia na potrzeby przedszkola -usługa promocja projektu. The main objective of the project entitled “The development of the pre-school infrastructure in the municipality of Kolbusov” is to improve the availability of pre-school education for nursery school children and to improve the conditions and quality of education in the public early school in the verification, through the construction of a new nursery school and the purchase of equipment by the fourth quarter of 2016. The requested investment is located in Podkarpackie Province, the powiat kolbuszowski, the municipality of Kolbuzowa, the Italian village of Verification (the powiat kolbuszowski is preferred to the competition in question). Specific objectives: — creating conditions conducive to developing children’s attitudes, fostering creativity and innovation, modern pre-school education, -increasing children’s chances to participate in pre-school education through an increase in pre-school facilities in the newly created educational infrastructure, and improving access to pre-school infrastructure for people with disabilities (children). As a result of the project, there will be a construction of 1 of a building for the purpose of the Public Procurement of the Inspection — 40 children in the new kindergarten — purchase of the 1 set/multimedia kit for the newly covered nursery school — will be achieved by the end of the fourth quarter of 2016. Material scope/subject of the investment made: The project consists of investment tasks consisting of the construction of a new public facility in the verification centre, located at the Basic School of the Inspection, and the purchase of equipment (ICT equipment and teaching materials). The applicant does not foresee eligible expenditure for activities having an impact on energy efficiency improvements. The municipality of Kolbusov, which is the applicant, has scheduled the following categories of intervention: construction work, supply and services, i.e.: Construction work for the construction of the new public works in the Verification — purchase of pre-school equipment — project promotion service.
