PRZEDMIOTEM PROJEKTU jest uruchomienie produkcji seryjnej innowacyjnego uchwytu dedykowanego dla monitorów o zróżnicowanych gabarytach oraz kształtach wykorzystywanych w ścianach wideo. Kluczowe cechy wyróżniające nowy produkt wśród produktów subsydiarnych występujących na świecie to: -Serwisowy dostęp do monitora poprzez automatyczne odsunięcie od ściany, co jest nowatorskim rozwiązaniem ułatwiającym prace montażowe, serwisowe oraz przeglądy techniczne. -Regulacja ustawienia położenia monitora w różnych płaszczyznach, co umożliwia osiem punktów regulacyjnych. Tylko takie zastosowanie w pełni pozwala na idealne dopasowanie monitora na ścianie wideo. -Niestandardowa budowa oraz przemyślane rozwiązania konstrukcyjne zapewniają zabezpieczenie monitora przed niekontrolowanym otwarciem. -Blokada antykradzieżowa - uchwyt posiada blokadę antykradzieżową, co wyróżnia go na tle innych standardowo użytkowanych uchwytów. -Pochylenie monitora, co znacząco ułatwia pracę podczas serwisowania ściany wideo. -Prowadnice zapewniające łatwe oraz szybkie wyjmowanie monitora podczas czynności montażowych i serwisowych. -Pełna powtarzalność pozycjonowania poprzez zastosowane układy regulacyjne zapewniające powtarzalność ustalenia monitora. -Układ Położenie środka - bardzo prosty w obsłudze i bezinwazyjny układ ustalający położenie środka ściany wideo bez potrzeby stosowania dodatkowych urządzeń lub czynności wspomagających. -Siła zacisku - system umożliwiający regulację siły wyjmowania monitora ze ściany wideo. -Zabezpieczenie przed niekontrolowanym otwarciem. KLUCZOWE CELE PROJEKTU to implementacja wyników prac B+R poprzez ich komercjalizację i generowanie przychodów ze sprzedaży nowych dla rynku produktów. W efekcie realizacji projektu zostaną także utworzone nowe miejsca pracy, w tym dla pracowników wysoko wykwalifikowanych. Otrzymane wsparcie UE przyczyni się do poprawy pozycji konkurencyjnej Spółki na arenie międzynarodowej oraz do rozwoju potencjału MŚP w województwie lubelskim. (Polish)

The project consists of launching the production of a series of innovative use for a specific use for monitors with different sizes and shapes used in a video wall. The key distinguishing features of the new product among the subsidised products in the world are: Service to monitor access by means of automatic removal from the wall, which is an innovative solution to facilitate fitting work, service and technical inspections. — Regulating the position settings of the monitor in various planes, which allows for eight regulatory points. Only such application fully allows for a perfect match between the monitor on the video wall. A lack of standard construction and sound construction solutions shall ensure that the monitor is protected against the unregulated opening of the monitor. — An anti-theft — a handle has an anti-theft lock, which distinguishes it from other standard handles. — Breaking the monitor, which makes it significantly easier for you to work during the video wall. — guides to ensure easy and fast removal of a monitor during assembly and service operations. — The complete positioning repeatability through the regulatory systems that ensure the repeatability of the monitor’s determination. — The application of the measure — very simple to use and an invasive system setting the centre of a video wall without the need for additional equipment or auxiliary activities. — a clamp — a system to regulate the force of removing the monitor from a video wall. — Protection against unauthorised opening. The key objectives of the project are the implementation of R & D results through their commercialisation and the generation of revenues from the sale of new products on the market. As a result of the project, new jobs will also be created, including for highly qualified workers. The EU support received will help to improve the Company’s competitive position on the international stage and to develop the potential of SMEs in the Lubelskie region. (English)
