Projekt „Aktywność podstawą zatrudnienia!-aktywizacja zawodowa osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia po 29 roku życia z Elbląga i powiatu elbląskiego” realizowany jest przez Fundację Elbląg i wspiera swoimi działaniami w indywidualnej i kompleksowej aktywizacji zaw.-edukacyjnej 60 niepełnosprawnych osób w wieku po 29 r.ż. pozostających bez zatrudnienia (bezrobotni-20%,bierni zawodowo-80%) z terenu subregionu elbląskiego (Elbląg i pow. elbl.).Gł. celem jest: zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia wśród 60 osobowej (33K,27M) grupy niepełnosprawnych bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy i nieaktywnych zawodowo osób po 29 r.ż.(tj. od dnia 30 ur.) Elbląga i pow. elbląskigo w okresie 1.06.2016-31.12.2017. Osiągnięcie celów będzie możliwe dzięki przeprowadzeniu 2 edycji wsparcia (I edycja: 06.2016-02.2017 i II edycja: 03.-12.2017; w każdej edycji wsparciem objętych zostanie po 30 uczestników) zapewniającego uczestnikom projektu kompleksowe pomoc z uwzględ. indywidualnych potrzeb tj:pogłębiona diagnoza, warsztaty aktywizujące,indywidualne wsparcie psychologa i doradcy zawodowego,szkolenia zawodowe,staż zawodowy i wsparcie trenera pracy-life i job coaching (w tym pośrednictwo pracy) i pomoc w zatrudnieniu/monitoring pracy. 60 osób zostanie objętych min.3 formami wsparcia,33% zostanie trwale zatrudnionych,12 osób odbędzie 3-m-czne staże zawodowe (po 6 osób w edycji),36 osób (po 18 w edycji) zostanie objętych szkoleniami zawod. The project “Active basis of employment! -activation of people who have no employment after the age of 29 from Elbląg and the district of Elbląg” is carried out by the Elbląg Foundation and supports its activities in its individual and comprehensive activation of 60 persons with disabilities aged 29 and aged without employment (unemployed -20 %, inactive -80 %) from the Elbląg sub-region (Elbląg, and Elbl.). increasing employment opportunities for unemployed people after 60 (33K, 27M) of disabled unemployed, jobseekers and inactive people after 29 (i.e. from 30 to 1.06.2016). The achievement of the objectives will be achieved through the implementation of the 2 support (I) edition: 06.2016-02.2017 and 2nd Edition: 03.-12.2017; for each edition, support will be provided after 30 participants) providing project participants with comprehensive assistance, tj:pogłębiona diagnosis, activation workshops, individual psychological support and professional counsellors, vocational training, professional experience and coaching, and job coaching (including job matching) and employment/monitoring. 60 people will be included in min.3 forms of support, 33 % will be permanently employed, 12 people will be 3-m-vocational (after 6 in editing), 36 persons (after 18) will be covered by training.
