Interesariuszom Projektu(mieszkańcom gminy i kontrahentom) zostaną udostępnione 3 e-usługi związane z obsługą i rozliczaniem dostaw wody i odprowadzania ścieków przez Gminę Sępopol, w tym: 1. Usługa dostępu do faktur elektronicznych z możliwością płatności on-line (stopień dojrzałości 4). 2. Usługa zgłoszenia przez użytkownika zaistniałego zdarzenia np. awarii. 3. Usługa kontroli terminów np. legalizacji. konserwacji wodomierza. System E-usługi będzie zlokalizowany na nowym serwerze Wnioskodawcy i będzie dostępny przez publiczną sieć w oparciu o elektroniczne biuro obsługi klienta oraz aplikację mobilną na telefony komórkowe. Do systemu będzie można się zalogować z wykorzystaniem ePUAP. Zamontowanie radiowych nakładek na 2109 szt. urządzeń pomiaru wody na sieci wodociągowej obsługiwanej przez ZGKiUM, umożliwi zdalny odczyt zużycia mediów w różnych obiektach budowlanych na terenie Gminy Sępopol. Dane z modułów radiowych będą zbierane z wykorzystaniem systemu nadzoru telemetrycznego PDA (2 zestawy: terminal, moduł komunikacyjny oraz oprogramowanie inkasenckie). Uzyskane w ten sposób dane będą wykorzystywane do świadczenia e-usług (umożliwi to szybkie,regularne wystawianie e-faktur, dane z liczników zgodne ze stanem faktycznym ,w pełni wery?kowalne nawet 12 miesięcy od dokonania odczytów przez inkasenta). Zakupiony w ramach Projektu sprzęt komputerowy(serwer,1 zestaw PC,drukarka) umożliwi sprawną implementację i obsługę systemu e-usług i interesariuszy. Etapy realizacji Projektu: - etap przygotowawczy - studium wykonaln. - wyłonienie wykonawcy usług informatycznych i dostawcy wyposażenia zgodnie z Ustawą PZP - wykonanie i odbiór usług oraz dostawa wyposażenia - rozliczenie projektu. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM dla III Osi poprzez zwiększenie podaży publicznych usług świadczonych drogą elektr. oraz udostępnianie w sieci informacji sektora publicznego dzięki świadczeniu 3 szt. e-usług dla obywateli i kontrahentów w zakresie gosp. wod-kan. Project stakeholders (municipalities and contractors) will be provided with 3 e-services related to the handling and discharge of water supply and waste water discharges by the Municipality of Sępopol, including: 1. Online access service with online payment option (maturity 4). 2. Service of the notification by the user of an event, e.g. breakdown. 3. A control service such as the legalisation of a water meter. The e-service system will be located on the new server of the Applicant and will be accessible through a public network based on a customer’s electronic client office and mobile phone mobile app. You can sign in with ePUAP. The installation of radio tolling on 2109 units of water measuring equipment on the water supply network operated by ZKUM would enable remote reading of media consumption in different construction sites in the municipality of Sępopol. The data from the radio modules will be collected using the PDA’s supervisory system (2 sets: terminal, communication module and software for incaenice software). The data thus obtained will be used for the provision of e-services (making it possible to issue e-invoices on a regular basis, with data from meters that are factually correct, even 12 months after the extract has been taken by the collector). The computer hardware (server, 1 PC) purchased under the project will enable the efficient implementation and operation of the e-services system and of the stakeholders. Project implementation stages: Preparatory phase — a feasibility study. Identification of IT services contractors and equipment suppliers in accordance with the Public Procurement Act — performance and reception of services and supply of equipment — project settlement. The project is part of the objectives of Szoci ROP WiM for III Osi by increasing the supply of public services supplied by the electorate and making public sector information available in the public sector by providing 3 e-services for citizens and contractors.
