Celem projektu jest poprawa dostępności do edukacji przedszkolnej. Projekt obejmuje następujące zadania: 1) Wykorzystanie wolnych miejsc w PN poprzez ich odpowiednie wyposażenie; 2) Udostępnienie edukacji przedszkolnej dla 25 dzieci dotychczas nie korzystających z edukacji przedszkolnej oraz dzieci z rodzin o niskich dochodach poprzez dofinansowanie opłat stałych; 3) Kształtowanie i rozwijanie kompetencji kluczowych przedszkolaków dla wszystkich dzieci uczęszczających do przedszkola (150 dzieci); 4) Szkolenia dla 10 nauczycieli. Projekt będzie realizowany w oparciu o własny budynek, tereny zabawowo-rekreacyjne oraz dotychczas posiadane wyposażenie materialne i pomoce dydaktyczne. Polega on na zwiększeniu wykorzystania istniejących wolnych miejsc w formie przyjęcia nowych 25 dzieci poprzez dofinans. opłat dla 25 dzieci nie korzystających z edukacji przedszkolnej. Drugim warunkiem dostępu będzie kryterium dochodowe, które umożliwi dostęp do edukacji przedszkolnej dzieciom z rodzin w trudnej sytuacji materialnej, dla których wysokość ponoszonych opłat była podstawową barierą w dostępie do edukacji przedszkolnej. Dzięki realizacji projektu będą ponosić 170 zł tytułem opłaty stałej (aktualnie 370 zł). Wysokość opłaty ustalono w oparciu o doświadczenia i konsultacje z rodzicami. Założenia 25 dzieci oparliśmy o analizę sytuacji w szkołach podstawowych powiatu oleckiego. Obecnie do grup 6-latków uczęszcza ok. 400 dzieci, podobna liczba szacowana jest na lata następne. Większość rodziców deklaruje skorzystanie z usług przedszkola w przyszłości pod warunkiem obniżenia kosztów. Brak zapewnienia takiej usługi może spowodować wyłączenie dzieci z edukacji przedszkolnej. W projekcie przewidziano również: realizację zajęć wyrównujących deficyty rozwojowe i podnoszących kompetencje kluczowe 150 dzieci oraz podniesienie kwalifikacji zawod. 10 nauczycieli. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to improve access to pre-school education. The project covers the following tasks: 1) Use of the vacant seats in the NP by means of their equipment; 2) Making pre-school education available for 25 children who have not yet benefited from pre-school education and children from low income families through a grant for fixed charges; (3) Shaping and developing key competences for pre-schoolers for all children attending pre-school (150 children); 4) Training for 10 teachers. The project will be carried out on the basis of its own building, the recreational sites and the material and teaching equipment available to date. It aims to increase the use of existing vacancies in the form of receiving new 25 children through subsidies for 25 children who do not use pre-primary education. The second access condition will be an income criterion that will allow access to pre-school education for children from vulnerable families, for which the level of fees charged was a fundamental barrier to access to pre-school education. The project will contribute PLN 170 to the fixed fee (currently PLN 370). The amount of the fee was established on the basis of experience and consultations with the parents. The 25 children were based on an analysis of the situation in the primary schools of the powiat. At present, it is up to 6 years old to attend a group of -year-olds. 400 children, a similar number, are estimated for the following years. Most parents say they want nursery services in the future, provided that the costs are reduced. Failure to provide such a service may result in children being excluded from pre-school education. The project also provides for: the implementation of activities to compensate for development deficits and raising the competences of key 150 children and raising their skills. 10 teachers. (English)
