Założenia proj. to podnoszenie umiejętności oraz uzyskiwanie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez osoby dorosłe zainteresowane z własnej inicjatywy zdobyciem, uzupełnieniem lub podnoszeniem kwalifikacji zawodowych poprzez realizację POZASZKOLNYCH FORM KSZTAŁCENIA USTAWICZNEGO. Celem gł. proj. jest "Wzrost i/lub uzupełnienie kwalifikacji 360 osób po 18 r.ż. (340K/20M – mieszkańców m.st. W-wy i pow. legionowskiego) zgłaszających z wł. inicjatywy chęć kształcenia form. w postaci kursów zwiększ. szanse na rynku pracy zakoń. form. potwierdz. nabytych kwalif.i do 30.06.2020r. ". W ramach proj. zaplan. realiz. 3 Zadania (1. Kursy stylizacji paznokci; 2. Kursy kosmetyczne; 3. Kursy fryzjerskie), które wpisują się w typ proj. przewidziany do realizacji w ramach konkursu nr RPMA.10.03.04-IP.01-14-058/17 - 100% uczest. proj. jest objętych kształ. oraz doskon. zawod. w formach pozaszkol., określ. w rozp. MEN z 18.08.2017 r. sprawie kształcenia ustawicz. w formach pozaszk. Dodatkowo zaplanowano wskaźniki odnoszące się do 360 osób, które wezmą udział w projekcie, a także 310 osób (86% grupy doc.), które uzyskają kwalifikacje w ramach pozaszkolnych form kształcenia – kryt. meryt. szczeg. nr 1. Proj. zakłada wsparcie 292 os. (81% gr. doc.) w wieku 50 lat i/lub osób z wykształceniem do poziomu ISCED 3 włącznie - kryt. meryt. szczeg. nr 2. Projekt zakłada kształcenie w zakresie zgodnym z zapotrzebowaniem rynku pracy (PRACOWNICY USŁUG), zgodnie z „Analizą ofert pracy…, s.45” - kryt. meryt. szczeg. nr 4. Projekt bazuje na już istniejących, wysokiej jakości materiałach edukacyjnych dostępnych na zasadzie wolnych licencji (opis w sekcji D) - kryt. meryt. szczeg. nr 5. 112 uczestników (31% gr. doc.) proj. stanowić będą osoby zamieszkałe na obszarach wiejskich w woj. mazowieckim - kryt. meryt. szczeg. nr 6. W związku z doświadczeniem proj. (opis w sekcji D) i danymi wskaz. w sekcji C, w ramach Zad. nr 1 i 2 mężczyźni będą stanowili 2%gr. natomiast w ramach Zad. 3, 10%. (Polish)

The objective is to “Increase and/or supplement the qualifications of 360 persons after 18”. In addition, indicators have been planned for the 360 participants who will be involved in the project, as well as for 310 persons (86 % of the doc.), which will be qualified for the extra-curricular forms of education covered by the rat der nr. 1.
