A5. Krótki opis projektu Celem gł. proj.(P) jest zwiększenie dostępności do eduk.przedszk.w R-miu i wzrost jej jakości przez: utworz. 110 nowych miejsc (w tym 6 dla ON) w OWP nr 3, 13 i 19 oraz dostosowanie 5 istniejących miejsc do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnospr. w OWP nr 4 oraz uzupeł. kompetencji 54 nlek (100%K) przez udział w kursach i studiach podypl., a także wyrówn.szans eduk. i rozwojowych dzieci ze specjalnymi potrzebami eduk.i poprzez zajęcia dodat. dla 871 dzieci (398K/473M) w wieku 3-6 lata (w tym 11 ON) do 14.IX.2020r. Gr.doc. P stanowi: 911 dzieci (417K/494M) w wieku 3-6 lat, w tym 11 (3K/8M) dzieci z niepełnospr. uczęszczających do OWP nr 3, 4, 13 i 19 oraz 54 n-lek w/w przedszkoli i ww. OWP. Oświad. Wniosk.: I.Źr.finans.działalności nowo utworz. w ramach P miejsc wych przedszk. są wyłącznie śr.publ. przeznaczone na finans.wych.przedszk.(5KD). II.Dodat.zajęcia w analog.co do treści i odbiorców zakr. nie były finans w OWP od min.12m-cy poprzedzających złożenie WoD. (8KD) III.Okr finan. dział.bieżącej i zajęć dod nie dłuższy niż 12 m-cy (4 i 7KD);IV.Przed przygotow.wn.o dofin.(WoD)przeprowadzono diagnozę (D) na podst.najbardziej aktualnych danych, pozwalającą na ocenę zasadności wsparcia, a D zatwierdził org.prowadz. (3KD); D uwzgl. kluczowe dla plan. wsparcia i okr.w Regulaminie zagadnienia; zakr.wsparcia w P jest zgodny z przepr.D; D przeprowadził org. prow. z udziałem OWP w R-miu objętych wspar.(Publ.Przed.nr: 3 Olsztyńska 12, nr 4 ul. Kilińskiego 23, nr 13 ul. Garbarska 59/67, nr 19 ul.Batalionów Chłopskich 18) i Poradni Psych-Pedagog.nr1(PPP) w I kw. 2018r. Działania planowane w P są uzasad.wnioskami z D: 1) Tworzenie nowych miejsc wych.przedszk.i dostosow. istniejących do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnospr. 2) Zapewnienie działalności bieżącej nowo utworz. miejsc 3) Zajęcia specj.wyrówn.deficyty wynikające z niepełnospr. 4) Dodat.zaj. wyrówn.szanse eduk.dzieci w zakr.stwierdzonych deficytów i/lub profilaktyka deficytów 5) Doskonalenie n (Polish)

A5. A short description of the project: the work. The 110 new places (including 6 for ON) in the PLO RC no. 3, 13 and 19 and the adaptation of the 5 existing children with disabled children in the PLO RC no. 4 and Addendum 54 (100 % K), through participation in courses and studies (K), as well as for equal opportunities for education and development for children with special needs of education and training, as well as for 871 children (398K/473M) 3-6 (including 11 ON) until 14.IX.2020.
