Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja przestrzeni publicznej w centrum Michałkowic, dzielnicy Siemianowic Śląskich, jako miejsca wypoczynku i rekreacji mieszkańców wraz z układem komunikacji. Przeznaczony do zagospodarowania kwartał zabudowy to teren w kształcie prostokąta w narożniku ul. Oświęcimskiej i Orzeszkowej, w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie Parku Górnik wpisanego do rejestru zabytków decyzją ŚWKZ A/1611/95 z dn. 20.06.1995r. Zakres inwestycji obejmuje m.in. odtworzenie głównej osi widokowej jako traktu pieszego, wykonanie fontanny terenowej, przebudowę chodników, wymianę i wprowadzenie dodatkowych słupów oświetleniowych, likwidację istniejącej niecki z fontanną, zagospodarowanie terenów zielonych (usunięcie drzew, krzewów, nasadzenia, urządzenie trawników, rabat kwiatowych), zabudowę elementów małej architektury (ławki, kosze, leżaki, stoliki do gier, urządzenia placu zabaw, skałki wspinaczkowe, pergole, klomby). Realizacja projektu wynika z LPR dla Miasta Siemianowice Śląskie. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to revitalise the public space in the centre of Michalovowice, the Siemianowice Śląskie district, as the places of leisure and recreation for the inhabitants, together with the communication system. It is designed to manage a quarter of the building, i.e. a rectangular corner area. Oświęcimska i Orszkowej, in the immediate vicinity of the Górnik Park included in the register of monuments by Decision ŚWZ A/1611/95 dated 20.06.1995 The scope of the investment includes, inter alia, the restoration of the main visibility axis as a pedestrian cycle, the construction of land fountains, the upgrading of pavements, the replacement of pavements, the replacement and the introduction of additional lighting poles, the liquidation of an existing non-fountain with the fountain, the management of green areas (removal of trees, bushes, planting, lawns, flower rebates), the construction of elements of a small architecture (benches, baskets, lying tables, capitals for games, playground equipment, mountaineering, pergole, clom). The project results from the LPR for Siemianowice Śląskie City. (English)
